Patient came with the complaint of inefficieny in chewing food due to multiple missing teeth and failure to replace them .
We advised immediate replacement by immediate loading with bicortical implants done by flapless approach . Implants were placed in both upper and lower jaw
Provisional crowns were placed the next day . Permanent ceramic crowns can be given later
