With the use of in-house CT scans, I can better understand the three-dimensional shape of bone. I can also look for existing pathology that cannot be seen with any other type of x-rays. By viewing this information, I can select the correct type and size of implant. Additionally, I can use this information to place implants very precisely, so that the most ideal restorations can be developed for the implants.

Sometimes in life you just need to start over and this gentleman has an amazing personality but let himself go. All teeth were extracted in one visit and three implants were placed at that time in the lower jaw. He wore a set of treatment dentures for about three months before his final set of dentures were made.

Everyone is different, but he claims that he eats whatever he wants and his new girlfriend likes his smile.

Bone Graft to Replace Teeth

This might be the nicest women on the planet. Somehow she lost two front teeth with surrounding bone and soft tissue.
I regenerated the bone and soft tissue and placed two implants with crowns and she is smiling again.
New Front TeethThis patient was thrown to the cement breaking out his front teeth. Extractions of all four front teeth with bone grafts were needed to redevelop bone width for implant placement. A four unit fixed bridge was fabricated between two implants. The duration of care was 9 months.
This might be one of the nicest grandmothers you could ever have coffee with. She came to me with without lower teeth and did not want for me to remove anymore teeth.
I placed implants in the lower jaw, built a one-piece bridge on top of the lower implants, and rebuilt the upper teeth with crowns and a precision partial denture.
This treatment has allowed her to enjoy all of her meals with her grandchildren without embarrassment and smile with confidence.

and born without two front teeth. After orthodontic care and two well placed implants, we changed her life.
Implant supported bridges are the best way to replace multiple teeth because they allow the individual to chew with the same force as their natural teeth.
Implant Supported Bridges
This wonderful woman had minimal bone volume about the back of her lower jaw and she could not chew food well. I developed a bar system on three implants which snaps down on her lower denture. We restored her smile and function.

This gentleman came to me desperately wanting to improve his smile and because he was a salesman, he was tired of looking the way he did. He also loves to eat meat and wanted to bite down hard. We decided to make him a beautiful upper denture: place lower implants, and restore them with non-removable lower teeth.
An anesthesiologist put him to sleep allowing me to complete his oral surgery in one visit. He healed and wore a treatment denture for three months before we developed his final restorations. He loves the fact that his upper teeth no longer protrude out and he does not feel self-conscious about his smile anymore. “Rebuilding my mouth changed my life,” he says with a bright new smile.
This is a great gal whose upper teeth were failing and had a very unstable lower denture. She could not chew food with her existing denture. She had minimal bone in her lower jaw and all she had talked about was how she liked to eat steak. When people want to bite hard they need to dissipate those forces directly onto the bone and not pinch the thin tissue on top of their ridge. This subperiosteal implant fits on top of the bone giving wonderful support to her lower prosthesis and it is easy to clean before she goes to bed at night. She loves it, and the bar system is so secure, that I can do pull-ups on it.
