This bonus is available from the Sales Rep Level forward, and it is basically an added incentivizing tool that encourages our members to be customers as well as sales Associates.

Each quarter, if at least two of your Protégés (and yourself) buy a minimum of $100 worth of product per month, we believe you should have a share of the entire Cooperative sales profits.

Additionally, as you advance in the company, and have added Protégés who also meet this criteria, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 3 shares in this pool.

The Manager’s Pool

$1.00 from every direct Product Pack, $1.00 from every Club Product Pack, and $1.00 from every VIP Product Pack is deposited into this pool.

$1.00 from every direct Product Pack, $1.00 from every Club Product Pack, and $1.00 from every VIP Product Pack is deposited into this pool.

To qualify, an active member must personally sell a minimum of 3 Club or VIP Packs to personally sponsored Protégés within his or her first 30 days of enrolling into I‐Market Direct. To continue to get these bonuses, this member must maintain three actives.

NOTE: The Manager’s Pool is paid out monthly.

Every Month, $1.00 from every Direct Pack sold, and $3.00 from every Club Pack sold, and $7.50 from every VIP Pack sold is split evenly into the 3 pools:

Executive Director draws a $1,000.00 a month credit to their American Express card, and draws from the Executive Director Pool. (This pool receives $1.00 from every active member, and shares the pool monthly with all qualifying Executive Directors, earns $1.00 on every active associate on 10th level, plus earns 25,000 option of Company stock.)


Top Earning Levels

Executive Director draws a $1,000.00 a month credit to their American Express card, and draws from the Executive Director Pool. (This pool receives $1.00 from every active member, and shares the pool monthly with all qualifying Executive Directors, earns commissions on 10th level, plus earns 25,000 option of Company stock.)

International Director draws a $2,000.00 a month credit to their American Express card, and draws from the International Director Pool. (This pool receives $1.00 from every active member, and shares the pool monthly with all qualifying International Directors, earns an additional $1.00 from every active associate on the 10th level, plus earns 50,000 options of Company stock.)


Top Earning Levels, continued…Chairman’s Club members draw a $2,500.00 a month Credit to their American Express Gold Card, and draw from the Chairman’s Pool. (This pool consists of 1% of company’s quarterly sales, and earn 100,000 options of Company stock.)



Crown Club members draw a $10,000 a month Credit to their Platinum American Express card, and draw from the Crown Pool. (This pool consists of an additional 1% of company’s quarterly sales and awards them a total of 250,000 share options of company stock.)
