End-to-End management of an ad-hoc Dynamic Manufacturing Network emerging from a spontaneous business opportunity.

The manufacturer has to look for partners that manufacture all parts of this chair model (145) that he is not able to manufacture: textile, crystal logo and aluminium legs. He only is able to produce the wooden back.

Production Requirements Composer

The manufacturer needs i_Platform in order to manufacture the chairs using a DMN. The Technical Office department of the company SeattingDesign develops in their legacy systems the design and cost breakdown of the exclusive chair for the customer request.
