SUNDAY, JULY 25, 2021 “FOR THE CAUSE” For the cause of Christ the King, we give our lives, an offering ‘til all the earth resounds with ceaseless praise to the Son. For the cause of Christ we go with joy to reap, with faith to sow, as many see and many put their trust in the Son. (Chorus) Christ we proclaim, the Name above every name, for all creation, ev’ry nation, God’s salvation through the Son! For the King once lifted high to cries of rage, of “crucify!” Endured the cross as every sin was laid on the Son. To the King who conquered death to free the poor and the oppressed, for lasting peace, for life and liberty in the Son. (Chorus) Christ we proclaim, the Name above every name, for all creation, ev’ry nation, God’s salvation through the Son! Let it be my life’s refrain, to live is Christ, to die is gain, deny myself, take up my cross and follow the Son. (Chorus) Christ we proclaim, the Name above every name, for all creation, ev’ry nation, God’s salvation through the Son! (Chorus) Christ we proclaim, the Name above every name, for all creation, ev’ry nation, God’s salvation through the Son!

“LIFT HIGH THE NAME OF JESUS” Lift high the name of Jesus, of Jesus our King. Make known the power of His grace, the beauty of His peace. Remember how His mercy reached and we cried out to Him. He lifted us to solid ground, to freedom from our sin. (Chorus) Oh sing my soul, and tell all He's done, till the earth and heavens are filled with His glory! Lift high the name of Jesus, of Jesus our Lord. His power in us is greater than, is greater than this world. To share the reason for our hope, to serve with love and grace, that all who see Him shine through us might bring the Father praise. (Chorus) Oh sing my soul, and tell all He's done, till the earth and heavens are filled with His glory! Lift high the name of Jesus, of Jesus our Light. No other name on earth can save, can raise a soul to life. He opens up our eyes to see the harvest He has grown. We labor in His fields of grace as He leads sinners home. (Chorus) Oh sing my soul, and tell all He's done, till the earth and heavens are filled with His glory! (Chorus) Oh sing my soul, and tell all He's done, till the earth and heavens are filled with His glory!

“GOD, THE UNCREATED ONE” God the uncreated One, the Author of salvation, who wrote the laws of space and time, and fashioned worlds to His design. The One whom angel hosts revere, hung the stars like chandeliers, numbered every grain of sand, knows the heart of every man. He is King forever, He is King forever, He is King forevermore. God our fortress and our strength, the Rock on which we can depend, matchless in His majesty, His power and authority, unshaken by the schemes of man, never-changing, great I AM. Kingdoms rise and kingdoms fall, He is faithful through it all. Crown Him King forever, crown Him King forever, crown Him King forevermore. Mighty God in mortal flesh, forsaken by a traitor’s kiss. The curse of sin and centuries did pierce the lowly Prince of Peace. Oh, lifted high, the sinless man, crucified, the spotless Lamb, buried by the sons of man, rescued by the Father’s hand to reign as King forever, reign as King forever, reign as King forevermore. King Eternal, God of Grace, we crown you with the highest praise. Heaven shouts and saints adore, “You’re holy, holy, holy, Lord!” What joy in everlasting life, all is love and faith is sight. Justice rolls and praises rise at the Name of Jesus Christ. King of kings forever, King of kings forever, King of kings forevermore! King of kings forever, King of kings forever, King of kings forevermore!

“VICTORY IN JESUS” I heard an old, old story, how a Savior came from glory, how He gave His life on Calvary to save a wretch like me, I heard about His groaning, of His precious blood’s atoning, then I repented of my sins and won the victory. (Chorus) O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood, He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him. He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood. I heard about His healing, of His cleansing pow’r revealing, how He made the lame to walk again and caused the blind to see, and then I cried, “Dear Jesus, come and heal my broken spirit,” and somehow Jesus came and bro’t to me the victory. (Chorus) O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood, He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him. He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood. I heard about a mansion He has built for me in glory, and I heard about the streets of gold beyond the crystal sea, about the angels singing, and the old redemption story, and some sweet day I’ll sing up there the song of victory. (Chorus) O victory in Jesus, my Savior forever, He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood, He loved me ere I knew Him, and all my love is due Him. He plunged me to victory beneath the cleansing flood.

“BLOOD OF JESUS BE MY ALL” What can wash away my sin? What can cover ev’ry stain, flood the darkness deep within like healing rain? What can make the broken whole? What can set the captive free? What can satisfy my soul, my deepest need? Blood of Jesus be my all, all my hope and righteousness. In Your mercy, let me fall on Your grace and nothing less. Hear this sinner call. Blood of Jesus be my all. Oh, the riches that were spilled to restore me to my King. No more fear and no more guilt, I am redeemed. When I’m finished with this life and I stand before the throne, I will claim the blood of Christ and Christ alone. Blood of Jesus be my all, all my hope and righteousness. In Your mercy, let me fall on Your grace and nothing less. Hear this sinner call. Blood of Jesus be my all. Be my all, be my all, be my all. Blood of Jesus be my all, all my hope and righteousness. In Your mercy, let me fall on Your grace and nothing less. Hear this sinner call. Blood of Jesus be my all, all my hope and righteousness. In Your mercy, let me fall on Your grace and nothing less. Hear this sinner call. Blood of Jesus be my all. Hear this sinner call. Blood of Jesus be my all.

INVITATION “THERE IS A FOUNTAIN” There is a fountain filled with blood drawn from Immanuel’s veins, and sinners plunged beneath that flood lose all their guilty stains, lose all their guilty stains, lose all their guilty stains, and sinners plunged beneath that flood lose all their guilty stains. The dying thief rejoiced to see that fountain in his day, and there may I, though vile as he, wash all my sins away, wash all my sins away, wash all my sins away, and there may I, though vile as he, wash all my sins away. Dear dying Lamb, Thy precious blood shall never lose its pow’r, till all the ransomed Church of God be saved to sin no more, be saved to sin no more, be saved to sin no more, till all the ransomed Church of God be saved to sin no more. E’re since by faith I saw the stream Thy flowing wounds supply, redeeming love has been my theme and shall be till I die, and shall be till I die, and shall be till I die, redeeming love has been my theme and shall be till I die. When this poor lisping, stamm’ring tongue lies silent in the grave, then in a nobler, sweeter song I’ll sing Thy pow’r to save, I’ll sing Thy pow’r to save, I’ll sing Thy pow’r to save, then in a nobler, sweeter song I’ll sing Thy pow’r to save. OFFERTORY “CLING TO CHRIST” Father, I can come to You and boast of deeds I’ve done, in my pride I strive to earn the favor Christ has won, He alone pleads my acceptance, all my works aside, so I come with empty hands and I cling to Christ. Father, I can go astray and battle needless fears. Voices tell me I’m condemned and that I can’t draw near, but Your Spirit calls me homeward with Your words of life. Jesus bore my every sin, so I cling to Christ. Father, all my earthly aims in time will turn to dust. Let me learn that loss is gain for those who know Your love. All the treasures of this world will never satisfy, You alone are endless joy, so I cling to Christ. You alone are endless joy, so I cling to Christ. BENEDICTION “LIFT HIGH THE NAME OF JESUS” (Chorus) Oh sing my soul, and tell all He's done, till the earth and heavens are filled with His glory!
