Construction: Received $ 1,392,047.00 Federal Funds (2014) City’s cost is 5.7% $ 65,125.00 City’s design cost at 100% $ 249,517.00 Construction in Fall 2014
Design City has contracts with Wood Patel, Stanley,
Harrington Planning & Design and EEC (forthcoming).
Terms of IGA (State)
Be the designated agent Review the design plans, specifications,
and provide services for construction bidding and construction administration
Submit all documentation to FHWA
Terms of IGA (City)
Prepare the design plans, specifications, and incorporate ADOT comments.
Provide post-design services.
Certify all necessary ROW acquired
Pay any City requested changes to Project, and cost above federal funding level
Maintain and assume full responsibility of the Project upon completion.
