Brand
Repositioning
might not
seem very
interesting as a
topic to the
fresh
graduates.
They are more
concernedabout creating
their own
brand and
place it in the
job marketright now.Beside, we might not want to trigger the brand Aktel at this
point when ROBI is striving to be the number 1 in the market;
rather utilize those 75 minutes to create brand awareness of
ROBIas an employer.

Other Recommendations Start the session with a ice breaker game. Its makes the participants warmed
up and easy with the environment.
Example:
1. Simon says: Simon Says game for multiple players where the host takesthe role of "Simon" and issues instructions (usually physical actions such as"jump in the air" or "stick out your tongue") to the other players, whichshould only be followed if prefaced with the phrase "Simon says", forexample, "Simon says, jump in the air". Players are eliminated from thegame by either following instructions that are not immediately precededby the phrase, or by failing to follow an instruction which does include thephrase "Simon says". It is the ability to distinguish between valid andinvalid commands, rather than physical ability, that usually matters in thegame; in most cases, the action just needs to be attempted. The object forthe player acting as Simon is to get all the other players out as quickly as
possible; the winner of the game is usually the last player who hassuccessfully followed all of the given commands. We can have multipleplayesrs (e.g 10) to make the game short in time and each might get asouvenir from Robi.

2. HandClap: This is a good in-between game for all ages. One person stands up front ona chair and explains to the large group that all they have to do is clap every time hecrosses his hands. The leader should cross his hands two or three times then fake oneand see how many people clap. Some people will. Then you can slow down yourcrossing motion or even tell them how many times you are going to cross your hands.People will still clap. Do not do it too long because it gets old pretty quick.
3. Cinderellas Shoe: This is an icebreaker that is great for all ages and lasts about 15minutes. Have the group find a partner and have the pair sit next to one another in acircle. Now that everybody has a partner, take blindfolds and blindfold one of thepartners in each pair. Once at least one person per pair is blindfolded, tell the nonblindfolded person to take off one shoe and throw it in the middle of the circle. When a
leader says go, all the blindfolded people have to go to the middle and bring back theright shoe that belongs to their partner. Their partner can scream and yell from theirseats, but cannot touch them or physically guide them to their shoe. The blindfoldedperson must bring back the right shoe in order for the game to be stopped andCinderella to live happily ever after.

Audio-Visual Competition: Beside case study
competition we can arrange a AV competition
where students will make advertisements onROBI. But here comes the twist! They have to
make an advertisement on ROBI AS AN
EMPLOYER not on its products. The short listed
10 AV will be shown in the auditorium and the
participants get to vote for their favourite AV.
A certificate from ROBI can be rewarded to the
winning team.

A BOARD OF ADJECTIVES: Put a large board (can bemade of cheap easy-to-avail materials) at somecorner of the venue. Give each participant a piece ofsticky note paper. By the end of the session they willwrite one adjective or a phrase on How theyperceive Robi as an employer; then they will writetheir name, roll and semester underneath and willstick the paper on the board .
Its a great way to get feedback as well as establishRobi in the audiences cognitive system throughthinking about it as a whole.
