In order to learn the learner needs:• An openness and desire to learn• Readiness to learn• A goal to achieve• The skills, ability, and prior knowledge to learn• A willingness to fail and begin over • An instructor that has knowledge and is able to

convey that knowledge well• A clearly focused program, content, and delivery• Clear demonstrable goals, benchmarks, and feedback
