Introduction:
Globalization and Technological change have created a new global economy which is “Powered by technology, fueled by information and driven by Knowledge”
Half-life of information continuous to shrink and access to information continuous to grow
Therefore Colleges/Universities must promote “ learning to learn” i.e. the acquisition of knowledge and skill that are needed for continuous learning over the lifetime.

ICT stand for Information and Communication Technology which include newer digital technology such as computer and Internet which are potential powerful tools for educational change and reform.
