A) DESCRIZIONE E CAMPO D’IMPIEGO:Trasparente bicomponente Ultra Fast ideale come finitura di pregio, nei cicli a doppio strato, ove si utilizzino basi opache ad acqua o solvente. Ideale per piccole riparazioni ove siano richiesti tempi di indurimento particolarmente ridotti. Le caratteristiche sono la facilità nell’impiego, le alte rese, l’ottima distensione del film e una rapidità tale da permettere una lucidabilità già dopo 50-60 min. Il valor massimo di VOC, nella forma pronta all’uso, in accordo alla Normativa 2004/42, per questo prodotto appartenenente alla sottocategoria IIB(d) è 340 g/l.

C) PREPARAZIONE DEL SUPPORTO:• Base opaca per doppio strato ad acqua e solvente: per garantire un’ottima adesione tra base opaca e trasparente è necessario applicare il trasparente su base opaca catalizzata al 10%

D) AVVERTENZE:> La reattività del prodotto è influenzata dall’umidità atmosferica, aumenta all’aumentare dell’umidità.> Con Umidità inferiore al 40% i tempi di essiccazione sono più lunghi di quelli indicati> Utilizzare a Temperature superiori ai 15°C e Umidità Relativa tra 40% e 80%.

E) LAVORAZIONE:

1:1 catalizzatore C72 potlife 20-25 min a 23°C. Preparare lamiscela versando il C72 dentro H72, mai viceversa

Nessuna diluizione, Viscosità 13-15” Ford 4 a 23°C

1,2-1,3 mm 3-4 bar

1/2 + -1 = 45-50 micron

Ideal for small repairs when the product must harden within a very short time. This high-performance product is easy to use, features excellent spreading capacity and dries so fast that it can be polished after 50-60 min. In accordance with Standard 2004/42, the maximum VOC value of this product, which belongs to subcategory IIB(d), is 340 g/l in the ready-to-use form.

C) SURFACE PREPARATION:• Water- and solvent-based mat basecoat in a double coat: to ensure that the mat basecoat and clear-coat adhere to each other in an optimum way, the clear-coat must be applied to the mat basecoat mixed with 10% hardener

D) CAUTIONS:> Product reactivity is influenced by atmospheric humidity: it will increase as humidity rises.> When humidity is below 40%, drying times are longer than those indicated.> Use the product at temperatures above 15°C and at a Relative Humidity between 40% and 80%.

E) PROCESSING:

1:1 C72 hardener potlife 20-25 min at 23°C. Prepare mixture by pouring the C72 into the H72, never vice versa
