LAS VEGAS, Nevada (March 5, 2014) — Four leading experts from the construction industry have
been named to the International Construction Products Advisory Board, a group designed to ensure
the company’s products and services meet evolving customer needs.
“This group serves a very important purpose for us,” said Tim Frank, ICP founder and chairman.

Advisory Board members include:
Bob Hall, president of equipment operations, Bechtel. Bechtel is the largest construc-
tion contractor in the United States and the 10th largest in the world. The company has more than
53,000 employees and annual revenue of $37.9 billion. Bechtel has worked on projects in 140
countries, including roads and rail systems, airports and seaports, fossil and nuclear power plants,
renewable energy, refineries and petrochemical facilities, defense and aerospace facilities, and
many more.
Chris Arnold, vice president of global execution services, Fluor Corp. Fluor is the
second largest contractor in the U.S. and the 12th largest in the world, with more than 40,000
employees and revenues exceeding $22 billion. Fluor is one of the world’s largest publicly traded
engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance (EPCM) and project-management companies.
Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine ranks Fluor No. 1 on its Top 100 Design-Build Firms list
and on its list of the Top 100 Contractors by New Contracts.
