Fonaticket™ – How it works1. Customer logs onto venue website

2. They can purchase their online and receive their ticket to their mobile phoneOR

Customer can purchase tickets via sms short code and receive their ticket to their mobile phone

3. Ticket is sent to phone as an MMS message or a SMS message

1. The ticket is in the form of a 2D data matrix

5. The customer arrives at the venue and proceeds to a scanning terminal

6. The Customer opens the message containing the ticket and holds the phone in front of the scanner

7. The ticket in then invalidated to prevent further use

8. The customer then proceeds into the venue
