ICI Final Project Introduction to Site The site is located at Bandar Kinrara 5, Puchong, Selangor. Bandar Kinrara is township located in Puchong, Selangor. It was launched in 1991 and it’s now around 80% developed. Upon full completion, there will be a total of 14,500 homes and an estimated population of 72,500. The size of the selected land is 49.9 x 69.4m. It is an unused and undeveloped piece of flat land. The surrounding is mostly residential and there are many potential, opportunities and development that can be carried out on this piece of land to fulfill the needs and wants of the residents living nearby.

Site Analysis and Observation The surrounding of the site selected is mostly residential area. There is also a police station, shop lots and educational area.
