Censorship is prohibited by the Icelandic Constitution and there is a strong tradition of protecting freedom of expression that extends to the use of the Internet. Is there any form of regulation in this country? No! However Icelandic authorities are in talks to ban internet pornography because of a feared detrimental effect to itʼs population. Consequentially approximately 78% of Icelandʼs male population have already emigrated**. ICELAND *Which is strange because I was talking to an Icelandic girl once who asked me if spain was in England. I almost had a stroke. **Just a guess Apparently she’s from Iceland.
