The iceBlastdry iceblastingmachinesand theiraccessorieshavebeendeveloped with the purpose of manufacturing cleaning equipment thatmeetsorexceedstheneedsofespeciallyindustrialcompaniestominimizeconsequentialcostsof industrialcleaningandmaintenance.Whenusingdryiceblastingitisoftenpossibletocleanaplantoramachinewhileitis online,without any disassembling and subsequent assembling. Sinceproductiondowntimescanthusbeavoidedorreduceddrastically,thisisasignificanteconomicfactor.

Beyondthegreaseorothersurfacedepositsremoved,nocleaningagentsorchemicalsareleftinchains,mechanicalparts,etc.Therearenoincurredcostsinconnectionwiththedisposalofblastingmediaandsolvents;onlythesubstanceremovedwillneedtobedisposedof.laborcostsforclean-ingandmaintenancewilloftenbereducedtoafractionofthepresentlevelif dry ice blasting is applied insteadof traditionalmethods of industrialcleaningandsurfacetreatment.

Upto4programscanbestoredinthemachinememory.Theprogramscanbelocked,andonlyapasswordcanunlockthemachinesoastoby-passthesefixedprograms.Thisfeatureisanadvantageespeciallyinlargeproductioncompaniessinceamoreuniformcleaningisachievedandanoverconsumptionofdry icedueto incorrectlysetblastingparameters isavoided.inadditiontotheprogram/memoryfunction,theProfESSionalmodelshaveanumberoffeatures,e.g.:Hourcounter,multiplelanguagedisplay,errorlog,earthing/groundingindicator(preventsmachinestartifinsufficientlyearthed/grounded),andalargeservicemenuwithmachineadjustmentpossibilities.
