1 Introduction

1.1 Application Overview, Scope & Objectives

This website is basically for people who want to search for properties and also for thepeople who want to list their properties on the site so that interested people can

approach them by their contact number or address. The users of the website will be

property seekers, agents, property owners, Builders and Property Managers.

Interested people can approach them by email or contact number.

1.2 Purpose of the Document

The purpose of this document is to layout in detail the functional and other

requirements. This document contains the necessary information to meet the

requirements set forth for the completion of this application. The target audience of

this document is Stake holders, Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA

Engineers. Now onwards, this document will act as a portal of information during the

whole development cycle and any change in the functional or other requirements willbe communicated through this document.

On the homepage under the header menus, there would be a section, where therewould be the following type of search boxes

User can enter City OR State OR Zip code OR Listing Id here in thetextbox. After that user will press Search button, then the list would

appear as per the search entered by the user.

User can enter City & State or Zip/Postal code or Listing Id in the text

box.2. List Your Property

User can enter City OR State OR Zip code here in the textbox. After that

user will press Search button, then the list would appear as per the searchtext entered by the user.

Below the search section, there would be a tabular section, which would contain

two tabs

the property listing of the selected state.

Under this section, there would be the footer menu.

To List a Property the user will go through 3 or 4 stages/pages before theycan submit their listing The pages must not be bigger than the screen size

and not require any scrolling up or down to view entire page.

After a user Sign in he must be taken to the add a property page where he will

We will provide few pages in the admin panel by which admin can

users can renew their property listings as often as they want without

needing to reenter any info.
