21.06.2015. 2. The printout of filled application along with copies of required documents and original challan form

can be submitted at IB&M-UET, Lahore via Courier or Hand Submission from 8 am to 6 pm on working days and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays & Sundays.

3. Application fee of Rs.1000/- is to be deposited in IB&M-UET Account No.01287900454803.
