Mike has over 20 years experience as a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and venture capitalist. He is passionate, driven and is leading Ibis Networks towards commercializa^on and profitability. His strengths lie in helping customers meet their goals while building a strong business for early stage companies.
Carol has over 20 years experience in enterprise security, networking and analy^cs soXware as well as energy efficiency program development and management. She recently developed award-‐winning K-‐12 School sustainability and energy efficiency programs and led statewide advocacy for California’s Prop 39.
Roy has over 7 years of engineering and product development experience in the energy industry. Prior to earning his MS degree at Stanford University, he was in charge of R&D and produc^on for an energy-‐services product line.
For the past 10 years, Dan has developed soXware applica^ons and integrated technologies for the commercial and defense industries. From facial recogni^on to cross-‐system data analy^cs, Dan has worked on a wide range of projects and infrastructure development challenges.
Hardware guru Jim Hagerman has 32 years experience designing analog and RF circuits with a recent emphasis on embedded products. He holds four patents, published numerous technical papers, and has won several industry awards.
Nathan has over 20 years of experience with soXware engineering, system architecture, and user experience design. His par^cular focus is large-‐scale system design and integra^on with a sharp eye towards crea^ng intui^ve interfaces for complex environments.
Dale Uno has worked in the Hawaii Department of Educa^on, in non-‐profits, in the private sector, as well as in government en^^es before joining Ibis Networks. She has served as Director of Communica^on Services at the University of Hawaii and as a legisla^ve aide in the Hawaii State Senate.
