ObituaryJames Vincent King aka “V” entered into eternal life on December 24th 2013 at the age of 43. A life long resident of Jersey City, New Jersey was the son of James Golden and Mary King Davis.

James attended Saint Bridges Catholic School and James Ferris High School. James was a foreman for

Alfa Moving Company where he worked for the last 10 years. James was also a die-hard NY Knicks and NY Giants fan. True Blue through and through.

For those that knew him know he was a friendly, kind and helpful toward others. He was indeed a true friend who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

James was preceded in death by his father James Golden; grandfather - Lewis Golden; 2 aunts - Edith Golden and Asalene Golden and 1 uncle - Merrill Golden.

James leaves to cherish his memories his grandmother - Eva Mae Haynes Golden and called him her “Golden Boy”; his mother - Mary King Davis; stepmother - Diane Pinkney; fiancee - Madeline Malcolm; brothers - Taras L. Hicks, Terrell King, Jermaine Smith, Jason Davis, Lynnis Golden, Louis Golden and Leroy Pinkney; sisters - Arlinda King, Tanya Pinkney, Alesa Pinkney, Malika Golden, Tanisha Boatwright, Tiana Pinkney and Helen Garrison; his favorite aunt he called K.K. Carolyn Charles; 2 godsons - Quashaun Jackson and Tyrell

Worrell; his best friend of 30 years Perry Payne and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other loving

relatives and friends.
