IntroductionWelcome to the Autumn 2011 wedding fairs organ-
ised by Newsquest, publishers of I Will magazine,

The last two seasons have been especially exciting

“We’ve done several I Will fairs at the Lygon and
have always been pleased, but this was the best
ever! Most of the couples were genuinely inter-
ested in making bookings – we had lots of posi-
tive feedback and took eight orders on the day. It
really was a wonderful event.”
Gordon Nesbitt,
Greenwoods Menswear
“This was the first time we have attended an
I Will fair, and we will definitely be doing so again!
The event exceeded our expectations, with plenty
of people through the doors and lots of interest in
our services.”

all-important ‘wow’ factor

stylish and modern venue

and banqueting facilities, as
well as elegant guest rooms,
dining options, a health club
and spa – and it’s only a short
stroll from the popular Merry
Hill shopping centre. The hotel

ceremonies, and there’s plentyof parking on site.
Fownes Hotel,

factory, The Fownes Hotel is
situated in the heart of the
beautiful and historic city of
Worcester, adjacent to the
canal. The Fownes has its own

tional space in the Clare Street
NCP car park next door (first
left after the turning for the
hotel).
Hilton Birmingham
Bromsgrove
The luxurious surroundings
and convenient location of the
Hilton Birmingham Bromsgrove

a stylish wedding fair, with the
spacious rooms, modern
furnishings and natural
daylight ideal for exhibitors –
plus there’s plenty of car
parking space.
Lygon Arms Hotel,Broadway
This 16th-century hotel in the
heart of the beautiful Cots-
wolds has undergone an
impressive restoration
programme, ensuring that it
combines charming original
features with a high standard
of modern comfort. The
splendid interiors, picturesque
gardens and idyllic settingmake this a delightful venue
for exhibitors and visitors alike.
Stone Manor Hotel, near
Kidderminster

Kidderminster. A very popular
wedding venue, it has three
self-contained banqueting
suites and a large car park.
Wharton Park Golf Club,
Bewdley

Bewdley is set in over 200
acres of glorious wooded
countryside, with the spacious
function suites offering stun-
ning views of the greens, lake
and course – and providing
some wonderful photo oppor-
tunities for a wedding! With
easy access, ample parking
and excellent facilities, Whar-
ton Park has much to recom-mend it – but it’s the attention
to detail that really sets it apart
from the rest.
Worcester Rugby Football
Club, Sixways
Set in the peaceful Worcester-
shire countryside, Sixways
Stadium – home of WRFC – is
now one of the country’s most
exciting, dynamic and versatilevenues. With 60 rooms and
suites in one location, it’s
perfect for a wedding of any
size. The selection of rooms
and suites is capable of
holding any number of guests

Hallmark Suite for up to 200
people, and Sixways Premier
Suite, which offers large rooms
to cater for any requirement.
The venue also boasts 1,000
on-site car parking spaces
and is just a few minutes from
the motorway network.
“Despite the difficult economic
climate, this was a superb fair –
well run, well attended and
clearly well advertised. The
overall atmosphere was happy,
and there was plenty of genu-
