What’s New?FINISHED ENDSEuro-Rite has moved to a finished gable system on our AdvantagePlus line of assembled cabinets. We strive to supply great products at a great price. Over the past years we have continually received price in-creases on our melaimine board. We do not want to pass those increases onto our customers. To achive this we will now be producing all our cabinets with white melamine gables. these gables are not visable once installed . The vertical tape will be finished to match the door colour and for a slight upcharge we will provide finished ends where needed on exposed cabinets. This single charge will include both the left and right gables for ease of ordering and installation. Our new 2020 catalogue will identify these exposed cabinets automatically*. Tall cabinets such as pantries and wall ovens will continue to come with finishe gables on both sides as a standard item.

*2020 will not auto-include base gables to the left and right of a stove. These come white unless requested as finished.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item(s) please contact customer service within 24 hours to re-order the correct item(s). Euro-Rite will determine if the incorrect product is to be returned. If it is, we will issue a return authorization number to you and provide shipping instructions.

It is important to sign the waybill of lading “Damaged”. This statement will ensure the speedy handling of any claims that have to be made with the shipping companies.

If you see any damage please make note of it on the waybill clearly and ensure you and the delivery driver sign off on the damage. Any photos you can take of damages will help to speed up the claim process. Refusal to accept the product will result in a delay in the claim process.

RECEIVING

FREIGHT CLAIMSShipment PREPAID by Euro-Rite: 1. Fax or email a copy of the waybill signed and noted with damaged item(s) to customer service. 2. Fax or email a copy of the packing slip circling the item(s) that are damaged to customer service. 3. Send any photo images you have of the damages. 4. Fax or email a new NO-CHARGE P.O. to us for the replacement item(s).

Keep the damaged item(s) until a determination has been made on what to do with it by the freight company or Eu-ro-Rite. When Euro-Rite prepays the shipping it is our job to process the claim for product and shipping with the freight company.

Shipment COLLECT to dealer: 1. Fax a new P.O. to us for replacement product.

The Dealer is responsible to process claims to the freight company for shipping costs and the replacement cost of the item(s) damaged when the order is shipped collect to the dealer.

Euro-Rite does not accept returns on assembled product.

Our policy is 50% off the regular purchase price.

WARRANTYEuro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. warranty all parts and products manufactured to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years and (1) year on painted doors, from date of purchase and under normal home use. In addition Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. extends a lifetime warranty through its suppliers specifically on all hinges and drawer glides.

This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser, is subject to proof of purchase and may not be transferred to any subsequent owner. Warranties do not apply to products used for rental, commercial, business, institutional, or other non-residential applications. The warranty is determined at the sole discretion of Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. and at Euro-Rite’s option limited to repair, replacement, or substitution of parts and/or products found to be defective under normal indoor residential use. Refunds are not available.

In no event will Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. be liable for any loss or damage of any kind including but not limited to any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product by any person.

Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. makes every effort to use the best materials & manufacturing techniques available, with continu-ous improvements. Euro-Rite reserves the right to change specifications in design and materials without notice and with no obligation to retrofit products previously manufactured.

LimitationsThis is a parts only warranty and is only valid in Canada and the United States of America.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:• Labour, installation or transport costs.• Consequential or incidental damage or any damage or errors resulting from or related to

the transport, removal, installation or use of product.• Faulty installation.• Environmental influences such as water, humidity absorption, mold, UV rays, light exposure or

extreme temperature.• Incorrect storage, delivery or handling.• Any altered, modified or refinished product.• Normal wear and tear or misuse.• Any product moved from it’s original installed location.

Excess moisture is harmful to any finish & substrate material. Water should be dried off of doors immediately with a dry soft cloth. Avoid water settling against the bottom of toe kicks, panels & doors as it will cause the material to swell. Although a painted finish is very hard, it also can be susceptible to chipping due to an abrupt impact. Once a chip has occurred, the bond between paint & surface is compromised and can sometimes flake away easily unless repaired. This isn’t a manu-facturing flaw, it’s a reality of the product. A touch up kit should be purchased with all painted and stained doors.

Euro-Rite is diligent in creating consistency however, you should expect variation in product appearance in every kitchen due to finish techniques, producing characteristics, lighting, aging and care. The amount of variation is de-pendent on all the above and is unavoidable.

Finishes are applied in a variety of methods. In addition, many orders are processed one order or one day at a time. Any finish that requires hand sanding will have variation in colour tones even on the same wood piece, door or drawer front. Darker finishes accentuate minor blemishes.

Grain direction can impact the colour tone of wood. Horizontal pieces placed next to vertical pieces may appear differ-ent. Veneers may appear different from solid wood pieces. Lighting reflections and colour tone may again change ap-pearance as well. Edge-banding is usually made from PVC and is colour consistent however will not match the variation in wood tones.

Products will all age at different rates both through oxidation and sunlight exposure. Replace-ment doors may not match at all. Samples are to provide an approximate appearance of the product before purchase. Samples may be out of date, aged, damaged or otherwise and not exactly represent the current product. In addition, manufacturing occasionally refines products or specifications and samples may not reflect this activity.

USE, CARE & CLEANING TIPS

THERMOFOIL & LAMINATE DOORSThese doors can be wiped with a clean, damp cloth. To remove tough stains, use a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap or cleanser. Fine, soft scrub pads can be used without risk of damage if used gently.

PAINTED, PANELS & MOLDINGSA soft, damp, lint free cloth (Microfibre works the best) should be used to dust cabinets. Clean and dry spills immediately. Wipe dry with another cloth.

Should you have grease build up on your wood products we suggest using a damp cloth with mild soap or cleanser to remove the build up. Any product used should be rinsed off with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleansing as excess moisture can be damaging to any finish.

Do not use any abrasive pad or cleanser on your cabin-etry. These products can damage the finish. Citrus oils, paste wax or polishes that contain silicone can leave a residue that is difficult to remove therefore we do not rec-ommend the use of these types of products. Euro-Rite sells a “touch-up” kit for our doors to touch up any nicks or scratches that can occur over time.

GLASS DOORSDo not spray glass cleaner directly onto glass as it can damage surrounding surfaces and/or tarnish hardware. Spray cleaner directly onto cloth, and then clean the glass.

CABINET INTERIORSClean interiors using a damp cloth and mild soap or cleanser. Do not use excessive amounts of water. Water can seep into the seams of the cabinet and cause the material to swell or warp. Sink base and vanity cabinets are the most likely to have some water damage. You can protect the surface with a plastic liner or pan.

HEAT AND HUMIDITY DAMAGEOvens, ranges, cook tops, toasters, cooking pots and other small appliances can produce large amounts of heat and steam. Ensure these items are positioned so that no heat or moisture becomes trapped under or along side cabinetry, otherwise, you risk damage to your doors, drawer faces and moulding which is not covered under warranty. We recommend you remove any doors or drawer faces adjacent to a self cleaning oven. If at all possible, pull the range out.The radiant heat can be extremely high while cleaning and can damage or destroy cabinetry.

SUNLIGHT AND AGINGDirect and constant sunlight can fade or discolour cabinets and doors. Excess smoke and chemicals can also cause some materials to fade or vary from their original colour. Be-ware of how much sunlight, smoke and chemicals your cab-inetry is exposed to. Cabinets or accessories added on later may not match the original cabinets installed. For the same reasons, display door samples may not represent the exact colour of cabinets received by the customer.

We have developed a unique system for the pantry cabinets. The pantry cabinet is installed on top of a base cabinet. You can choose a door & drawer base, a full height door base or drawer bank. Whatever works best with your design and storage needs. This pantry is available in 18" or 24" width. When using a pantry cabinet here are a few things to remember:

1. Verify height allowance when designing the space.

2. Attach the cabinet to the wall using carriage bolts.

3. To cover the side seam, you can install a fridge gable.

BLIND CORNER WALL & BASE CABINETSBlind corner cabinets can be used when space is an issue and a traditional angle corner will not fit. When installing these cabinets here are a few things to remember:

1. You must “pull” the blind cabinet out from the wall far enough to clear the adjacent cabinet, door and hardware. On average that would be 2-4" for blind wall install and 8-10" for blind base install.

2. A filler strip has to be installed between the blind panel and the adjacent cabinet. The filler strip must be greater than the projection of the handle on the adjacent cabinets.

3. A 36" blind wall comes with 2 doors.

INSTALLATION TIPS

MICROWAVE CABINETWe have developed a unique system for any microwave configuration. The MW cabinet has an extended bottom shelf and no doors to house your microwave. This cabinet is available in either 24" or 30" width. The microwave cabinet is to be assembled and attached to any 2 door wall cabinet. When using a microwave wall cabinet here are a few things to remember:


2. Attach the MW cabinet below the wall cabinet usingthe supplied carriage bolts.

3. To cover the side seam, you can install a panel.

4. Usable depth is 15 3/4”.

5. Microwave cabinet comes with a finished interior.

DIAGONAL CORNER BASE

Euro-Rite offers 2 sizes of diagonal base cabinets. A 36” and a 42”. These unique cabinets are popular for large kitchens. Both can fit a sink but the 42” is the only one large enough to fit a double basin sink. If you would like a sink in the 36”, it has to be a single basin.

When installing a diagonal corner base cabinet here are a few things to remember:

INSTALLATION TIPS

1. The diagonal corner cabinets are not directly mounted to the wall. There is a 5" space between the backboard and the wall.

2. The CSB42 come with 2 doors.

3. The CDB36 comes with 1 door and an adjustable shelf that must be installed prior to the top shelf.

4. It is recommended that a 5/8” minimum filler is installed on either side of diagonal cabinets. It allows adaquate space to open doors to adjacent cabinets.

CABINETSOur frameless cabinets are constucted of 5/8” thick furni-ture grade melamine board. Exposed gables are finished in a white melamine and the vertical edges are taped in a matching colour. The interior of the cabinets are white. Replacement ga-bles must be purchased for exposed ends.

SOFT CLOSE DRAWERSOur ADVANTAGEPLUS program offeres two full extension drawer options. Our standard drawer sides are double wall grey epoxy coated steel with bearing driven undermount slides. The drawer boxes are soft closing, full extension with captive rail and a four point suspension system. Drawer bottoms and backs are 5/8” thick white melamine board secured to the drawer sides by euro screws. They have a static capacity of 55 lbs. The drawer fronts are adjustable vertically and horizontally by adjusting the drawer face connection. We also offer a dovetail drawer upgrade option. Dovetail drawers are 5/8” birch construction, full exten-sion, soft-close. They have a horizontal left and right adjustment. Static capacity 65 lbs.

SPREADER RAILS5/8” thick K3 board that is edge taped to match the interior of the cabinets. These rails increase the strength of the cabinet as well as help to make the countertop installation easy

TOE KICK5/8” thick furniture grade melamine board that is cut and notched at 4 3/8” high and 2 3/4” deep. Toe kick comes supplied with a piece of matching edge tape to finish the cut end where exposed.

MOULDINGS & TRIMEuro-Rite’s AdvantagePlus program offers an array of decorative moudlings and finishing trims to enhance the details and finish of every project.

PANELSOur panels are made from 5/8” thick furniture grade melamine. Colours are the closest match available to our cabinet doors.(Veneer and high-gloss white options available, contact us for details)

SOFT CLOSE HINGESConcealed European style soft close integrated, with clip on met-al hinges (nickel plated steel). The hinges are six way adjustable for the perfect fit and minimal gap. Up, down, side to side and in and out.

BACK BOARDSBackboards are made from 1/4” hardboard material. Backboards match the white interior of the cabinet which makes the interior of the cabinet a bright white that offers a clean and finished look to the cabinet interiors. Backboards on cabinets 27” and over are 2 parts.

SHELVESAdjustable shelves are 5/8” melamine, full depth inside the cabinet to provide maximum storage capacity. They are colour matched to the interior of the cabinet to finish the look.

CABINETSOur frameless cabinets are constructed of 5/8” thick furniture grade melamine board. All gables are finished in a matching melamine to the door colour with the vertical edges taped in the same colour. The interior of the cabinets are white.

SOFT CLOSE DRAWERSOur ADVANTAGEPLUS program offers drawers of metal box construction. The drawer sides are double wall grey epoxy coat-ed steel with bearing driven undermount slides. The drawer boxes are soft closing, full extension with captive rail and a four point suspension system. Drawer bottoms and backs are 5/8” thick white melamine board secured to the drawer sides by euro screws. They have a static capacity of 55 lbs. The drawer fronts are adjustable vertically and horizontally by adjusting the drawer face connection.

TOE KICK5/8” thick furniture grade melamine gables are cut and notched at 4 3/8” high and 2 3/4” deep. Toe kick comes supplied with a piece of matching edge tape to finish the cut end where exposed.

MOULDINGS & TRIMEuro-Rite’s AdvantageOne program offers an array of decorative mouldlings and finishing trims to enhance the details and finish of every project.

SOFT CLOSE HINGESConcealed European style soft close integrated, with clip on metal hinges (nickel plated steel). The hinges are six way adjustable for the perfect fit and minimal gap. Up, down, side to side and in and out.

REACH‑IN CLOSET (SLIDING DOORS)Closets with sliding doors are in every home, in many rooms. They are easy to design for storage and get organized. Keep in mind that with sliding doors the centre of the closet is covered by doors so the tower should be placed to one side or the other. With the sliding door style, a shelf tower is most advantageous when placed closer to an end of the closet. This allows easy ac-cess to your shelf items when sliding open your closet door. Keep that in mind when designing for sliding door closets of any size!

WALK‑IN CLOSETWalk in closets are very flexible when it comes to where you need storage and how you want to install the shelving and components. Have fun with your design while thinking about all you want to store and have a place for. Euro-Rite offers a cor-ner shelving unit for maximum shelf storage space. Design your walk-in closet precisely the way you like it!

REACH‑IN CLOSET (BI‑FOLD DOORS)As opposed to the sliding door style, when you have a closet with bi-fold doors, it is always best to place the modules closer to the middle of your bi-fold doors. Frequently used items can be stored in the middle unit. Opposite to the sliding door style, it is best to place shelving closer to the middle of your bi-fold door closet. Heavier items can be tucked away at the two ends of your bi-fold closet while lighter, more frequently used items can be stored in the middle shelving.

Once you have determined what you need to ‘put away’, you can turn your focus on the kind of storage that works best for your type of closet. No two closets are created equal, but even closets with the same space do share something in common: They require specific storage solutions. What works for organizing clothing items isn’t the ideal solution for storing supplies in the linen closet. And since each person has a different lifestyle. One might wear ties to work every day, while another wears them only for special occasions. Customizing storage options is definitely the way to go.

It is best to have the closet empty of clothes when measuring. Walls are rarely square, flat or level. When measuring Width (A), it is always best to mea-sure in various places (top,middle,bottom). Take the smallest measurement and subtract 1/2” if it’s under 6 feet, 3/4” if it’s 6 to 10 feet and 1” if it’s over ten feet. This will ensure a problem free fit.

Measure the inside dimensions of your reach-in closet. Most reach in closets have doors, either sliding or folding. Once you measure the dimensions, record in the space provided here for the style of closet you have.

Maximum shelf space for folded clothes. Extra shelves, drawers and baskets can be added. Can also be duplicated with corner and 20” deep units.

A good combination of shelving and short hanging. The shelving provides space for shoes and ac-cessories (like drawers and baskets for clothing items).

Module D 1 CLUS 1 CLROD 1 CLFS

A good combination of shelving and short hanging. Folded clothes are easily ac-cessible while still providing space for hanging items.
