and driving marine pumps during 16 years.

In order to keep up with ever increasing needs for energy, cost and delivery savings from the clients all over

the world, we add industrial steam turbine products for driving pumps, compressors, generators, blowers and fans

that are used in refineries, chemical plants, cogeneration plants, waste heat recovery plants and any other facilities

that generate steam. Our steam turbines comply fully to API 611 and 612 standards, when required.

HHI STEAM TURBINES

The steam turbines of the SSH type are a single stage impulse turbine, consisting of a velocity-compounded

stage with two rows of rotating blades and a row of stationary blades.

In the design and manufacturing process, special consideration has been paid to

The turbines of MSS type are single casing, multi-stage, high-speed and condensing

steamturbines.Theseturbinesareassembledandmechanicalrunning

tested at shop for easier shipment, delivery, and installation.

Theseturbinesaremountedonacommonbaseplatewhich

accommodates lube oil unit, oil reservoir, instrument panel

andcanaccommodategearboxanddrivenequipment

according to client’s requirement.

•MSS - B Type

Theturbinescanutilizeadualinletdesign,wherelowpressuresteamfromlowpressureheaderisused

during rated operation, and high pressure steam is taken from the main steam source for start-up,

partloads,ortoboostturbinepowerduringpeakpowerdemands.Thehighpressureinletfeedsanozzle

blockthathasanarcofadmissionofone-quarterorless.Thelowpressureinletgenerallyutilizesabout

three - quarters of the arc and has a much larger flow passing area.

•MSS - W Type

Theturbinesareideallysuitedtowasteheatrecoverysystem.

TheseturbinearesamedesignwithofMSS-Btypeturbinesexceptomissionofhighpressureinletand

the availability of induction of low pressure saturation steam for enhancement of waste energy

recovery.

The steam turbines of the CSH type are combined with an integral

reduction gear unit and are of the overhung design (turbine wheel is

mounted outboard of the bearing housing), so that it become

possible to start the machine from cold to full power rapidly due to

thermallyelasticconstruction.Thesecharacteristicsprovidethe

most cost - effective and the most compact package.

HHI STEAM TURBINE GENERATOR SETS

The HSG set consists of HHI steam turbines and HHI brushless generators

thataretheself-excitingandrevolvingfieldtype,equippedwithautomatic

voltageregulator(AVR).

Thegeneratorscomprisearotor,astatorhavingmagneticpolesand

a main generating winding, and incorporate rotating rectifiers,

whichprovidetheexcitationcurrentforthemainmachine.

Thegeneratorsareconnectedtothesteamturbinefor

converting mechanical power into electrical power.

Thegeneratorsareadequatetocoupledtovarious

types of turbines, and comply with the applicable

standards and regulations, and meet special

requirements of clients.
