1. After logging on with your username and password, the Oracle Hyperion Home Page is displayed. To review the DBMS Budget Memo, start by navigating from the Navigate menu. Click the Navigate menu.
2. Click the Applications menu.
3. Click the Planning menu.
4. Click the CCGCAPEX menu.

1. After logging on with your username and password, the Oracle Hyperion Home Page is displayed. To adjust an ongoing project, open the CCGCAPEX application. Click the CCGCAPEX link under the Quick Links section.

3. Click in the 4.0 - Adjust Ongoing Projects link to view the action item.

6. Click the Task - 4.0 - Adjust Ongoing Projects tab.
7. All of the ongoing projects under the selected entity are displayed. Right-click on the project number for which the adjustment needs to be made. In this example, right-click on P_21065 project number.
8. Project edit options are displayed. Select the appropriate option for editing the project. In this example, click the 1.1 Edit DOT Project Budget menu.
9. Click in the 1.1 Edit Ongoing Project by Year submenu.
10. The Project Details are displayed. Click the 2. Budget Request tab to make the changes.
11. To add the budget for FY2018, click the FY18 field.

7. To add a new DOTP request, right-click the column before Project Name.

9. The New Project Properties window is displayed. Enter Project Name and Short project description before selecting a Project Type. Click in the Enter Project Name field.
10. Enter the appropriate name into the Project Name field. Note: Use all caps and enter ROUTE NAME (for Capital Projects) or SERVICE NAME (for Professional Service Contracts) followed by SECTION NO. If a Section No. has not been assigned yet, use Route/Service Name only. Contact the DOTH Programming Division Head for Section No. assignments. In this example, enter "BUSSE RD 16-W7141-00-PV".

Based on the project location, enter the name of the municipality(ies) in which the project is located. This is an open field so more than one municipality can be entered. If the project does not fall within a municipality, enter unincorporated. If the project is not tied to a specific location, enter countywide. In this example, enter "Mount Prospect".

3. Click the Expand button to view more options under the Add New CEP Project Requests folder.
4. You can attach Vehicle form or IT Asset Form from this folder menu.
5. Click the 4.2 - Add Vehicle Form link to view the action item.
6. The STEP portal will automatically load while clicking the Add Vehicle Form task. All the templates will be uploaded in the STEP portal for your use. The users will be able to download the vehicle request form, save it to their machine, fill the form with valid information and import it to Hyperion.

8. The vehicle request form is loaded on the page under Capital Equipment Projects heading. Clicking on the Vehicle Request Form link will open up the document. Save it to the machine and fill in the valid information before importing in to Hyperion.
9. Click the Vehicle Request Form link to open the form. Note: You can download any template depending on the project need. In this example, we will download a Vehicle Request Form.
10. The form opens in a .PDF format. You should save this template to your machine and then fill out the information.
11. Click the Download button.
12. Save the file in the appropriate location in your machine. Click the OK button.
