BactrasanBactrasan is a powerful liquid quaternary ammonium based product with exceptional sanitising and fungicidal properties. Bactrasan is used to sanitise previously cleaned food processing equipment in the food manufacture, brewing, cordial and soft drink industries as well as in abattoirs, restaurants and canteens. Bactrasan may also be used for mould control in cold rooms and on other surfaces.

PRODUCT NAME DIRECTIONS FOR USE SAFETY FIRST AID

LEMON X5

Commercial GradeDisinfectant

For use as a commercial/household grade disinfectant, dilute the product in a ratio of 1 part Lemon X-5 Disinfectant to 60 parts water (170 mL or 2/3 cup per 10 L bucket of water). At this dilution rate, Lemon X-5 Disinfectant is suitable for use as a general purpose commercial grade disinfectant/cleaner. Apply the diluted product by cloth, sponge, mop, atomiser spray or machine. Rinse edible product contacting surfaces with potable water after use. Note: Do not mix this product with soaps or detergents.

BLEACH CONCENTRATE 10%

LIQUID LAUNDRY BLEACH

1. Wear suitable protective clothing, including gloves and eye/face protection. 2. For laundry use, mix 65mL (¼ cup) Bleach Concentrate 10% with 1 litre (4 cups) water and add the resultant solution to the washing machine at the end of the fill cycle. Leave for 5 minutes, then add the detergent and wash normally. Note that a colourfast test should be performed prior to use. The bleaching of fabrics such as silk, wool and rayon is not recommended. 3. For other uses, refer to the Product Information Sheet. 4. Wash hands and face thoroughly after use.

Keep locked up and out of reach of children. Wear eye protection when mixing or using. Wear protective gloves when mixing or using. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label where possible). Do not mix with other chemicals, including different types of chlorinating chemicals.

If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.

BRIGHT BOWL

Toilet Bowl and Urinal Cleaner

Cleaning toilet bowls and pedestals: Pour in 125 mL (1/2 cup) at night, brush around the interior of the bowl and flush next morning. Cleaning urinals: Bright Bowl may be applied undiluted, or may be diluted up to 1: 50 with water (200 mL per 10 L bucket of water). Bright Bowl loses its ability to cling to vertical surfaces when diluted, so in areas which are badly stained or rusted neat product should be applied. In regularly maintained areas, diluted product will provide sufficient cleaning and disinfecting power. Apply the product using a scrubbing brush, leave for 5 minutes, then flush. For cleaning rest room floors: Dilute Bright Bowl 1:50 with water (200 mL per 10 L bucket of water). Apply by mop, leave for 5 minutes before rinsing clean.

SPRAY & WIPE

Anti-Bacterial Hard Surface Cleaner

Fill a trigger spray atomiser bottle with neat Spray & Wipe.Spray a fine mist over the surface to be cleaned. Alternatively, apply by moistening a lint-free clothe with the product and wipe over the surface to be cleaned. Immediately wipe the surface dry and polish off using a clean lint-free cloth or paper towel.In food processing areas of registered establishments, rinse product contacting surfaces with potable water after use.

MOP & SCRUB

Neutral Floor Cleaner

DILUTIONS: Manual: Light soil 1:100, Medium soil 1:60, Heavy soil 1:40Autoscrubber: Light soil 1:120, Medium soil 1:80, Heavy soil 1:60, Deep scrub 1:40Spray and Wipe: Fill a spray bottle with Mop & Scrub diluted in cold water according to the degree of soiling. Apply to the surface to be cleaned. Let dry - no rinsing required.Mop and Bucket Cleaning: Fill bucket with Mop & Scrub diluted in cold water according to the degree of soiling. Apply to the surface to be cleaned. Mop or wipe up excess dirt and solution using a tightly rung out mop. Let floor dry out fully before burnishing - no rinsing required.Automatic Scrubbing Machines: Fill autoscrubber with Mop & Scrub diluted in cold water according to the degree of soiling. Scrub floor with approved pad. Trail mop machine turns and edges to pick up cleaning solution left by the machine. Let floor dry out fully before burnishing - no rinsing required.NOTE: Wet floors can be slippery. Use “Wet Floor” signs. To avoid contamination, do not return any unused product to the original container. For best results, change cleaning pads when soiled.

CHLORI CLEAN

Heavy Duty Chlorinated Cleaner

Wear suitable protective clothing, including gloves and eye/face protection. For manual applications; Dilute 1 part Chlori-Clean to 20 parts of fresh water and apply by spray, brush or mop. Leave Chlori-Clean on the surface to penetrate, then scrub the area and rinse with fresh potable water. For mould removal; Apply Chlori-Clean direct to the surface. Scrub the area and rinse with fresh potable water.For cold rooms, abattoirs, butcher shops and other industrial and marine applications; Apply to all surfaces using a high pressure foaming gun with the dilution ratio set at 1 part Chlori-Clean to 100–150 parts of fresh water. Leave Chlori-Clean on the surface to penetrate for 5 minutes, then scrub the area and rinse with fresh potable water.Wash the hands and face thoroughly after use.

Cleaning is a Process- Use the W.A.T.C.H System

WATER Water activates the chemical. How much water are you using? Is your dilution rate correct?

ACTION What method are you using - scrubbing, mopping, wiping. Are you using the correct method and tools?

TIME Chemicals need time to work, allow the product time to do its job.

CHEMICAL Is the chemical you are using the right product for the cleaning job you are performing?

HEATWhat temperature should you be using with the product? Not all chemicals require hot or warm water for them to work

1:1 Equals 1 Litre in 1 LitreIf more water is used, multiply the amount of “product” to be added by the increase in the volume of water, ie: for 2 Litres of water at a dilution rate of 40:1 - Use 50mL of product

If less “product” is used than recommended, the ‘product” will not be effective or do the job efficiently.

If more “product” is used than recommended, it will not necessarily work more effectively, but could be more costly and wasteful.

For best chemical efficiency, always measure the quantities used.
