The hydraulic jack is a device used for lifting heavy loads by the application of much smaller force. It is based on Pascal's law, which states that intensity of pressure is transmitted equally in all directions through a mass of fluid at rest.
For lifting heavy load
The hydraulic press is based on principal of hydraulic jack. But its construction is different from jack.
The construction of hydraulic press is different on the bases of different use.
Use in smithy works.Use in paper making industries.Use in sheet metal works.Use in wire making industries. In foundry works for giving shapes.
Hydraulic Brake based on Pascal’s low . It is based on Pascal's law, which states that intensity of pressure is transmitted equally in all directions through a mass of fluid at rest. It change mechanical energy to heat energy by friction.
