As a stylist over the last 20 years, I’ve come into contact with several clients’

diagnosed with cancer.

While loosing several of them to the disease, one of their major concerns was

loosing their hair and self- image. I felt the need to take ACTION.

On Saturday, October 5, 2013, we hold Hair Walk: The Movement, at the

Famously Hot, Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

We are excited to be partnering with the South Carolina Oncology Associates,

in support of the SCOA Cares Foundation. This foundation provides assistance

to uninsured and underinsured cancer patients.

By organizing this event, we hope to raise $50,000 for the SCOA Cares

Foundation to continue their Retail Pharmacy Voucher Program, Patient

Transportation, Educational and Support Classes/Workshops throughout the

Midlands.

However to make this event a success, we need your support.

We kindly ask that you support us in our efforts to bring forth an amazing show

by providing clothing, shoes, and or accessories.

public relations/marketing tactics. Our promotional effort will provide you with

ABOUT US Sassy Cat Promotions is a not for profit organization that

develop, support, and promotes the works of those striving to

make a positive impact on the lives of others. They work

closely with individuals and small non-profit organizations to

spread the word about events and services offered to the

community designed for the common good.

Sassy Cat Promotions believe that non-profit organizations and

other “DO Gooders” can only impact the community, if the

community understands the importance of their work.

ABOUT THE EVENT

HairWalk: The Movement is a charity fundraising event focused on raising money

and awareness for a cause of action.

The high-energy 2013 Hair and Fashion show will be held on Saturday, October 5,

2013 at, The Famously Hot, Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

The high energy fashion show will be the largest of its kind promoting local

businesses, featuring local media personalities serving as Master of Ceremonies,

celebrity fashion stylist, award winning hair stylist, and emerging fashion designers.

Hair Walk will also feature the work of students who competed in the HeadHunterz

Competition.

Student-stylists will serve as ambassadors for their cosmetology institution, while

competing amongst their colleagues. They will be judged on creating customized

wigs to be donated to the SCOA Cares Foundation.

OUR PARTNER The 2013 Hair and Fashion Show will be partnering with South Carolina Oncology

Associates in support of their SCOA Cares Foundation.

SCOA Cares Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that provides

assistance to uninsured and underinsured cancer patients.

Their goal is to provide the highest standard of care to all patients in the Midlands

and surrounding areas.

CLOTHING SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT This contract is between ___________________________- (organization) and Sassy Cat Promotions, not

for profit organization, with regards to the clothing sponsorship Hair Walk: The Movement 2013 Charity

Fundraising Event.

The specific terms of this contract are as follows:

1. The articles of clothing agreed upon by the sponsor and the Hair Walk: The Movement

representative will be obtained on __________________ (date) and returned on

_________________ (date). *(Sassy Cat Promotions would prefer to receive the clothing no less than

two days prior to the show date of Saturday, October 5, 2013)

2. The articles will be returned in equal condition as they were obtained.
