The HVB range is an “ATEX certified” enclosure / termination solution fullycompliant with the impact, thermal and ingress requirements of EN50014, andis available in a comprehensive range of three different sizes in 3 or 4 poleoptions for a multitude of high voltage termination applications such as highvoltage down-hole pumps & motors. Using the highest quality materials, unique design benefits and precisionmanufacturing the HVB range is the benchmark in standard gauge steelenclosures of its class.

316L Stainless Steel (1.4404 to EN 10088) Superior electro chemically polished. Sheet Steel - Polyester powder coated to RAL 7032. High integrity closed cell chloroprene. Detachable, hinged door with 4 or 6 x M6 captive hex screws & padlock hasp. Complete with transparent IP20 terminal safety cover with nylon fixings. 4 x external welded lugs, 11mm Ø holes / slots. 3mm thick top / bottom gland plates drilled as required. 3 or 4 pole assemblies suitable for up to 30mm wide cable lugs and M12 lug fixings. 6.6kV at 50Hz. AC, 3 phase (earthed or unearthed supply systems) M10 internal / external brass earth stud assembly & M14 for150mm² phase conductor. IP66 to IEC 529. -20°C (-4°F) to +40°C (104°F) ambient. 7 J (Nm) to EN 50014. ATEX ll 2 G EExe ll T4. – 200A / T5 – 180A / T6 – 160A. (BASEEFA03ATEX0052X) ATEX Category 2 (Zone 1) & Industrial IP66.
