John Quincy Adams
You care about others more when you are a leader – It’s not all about me.
By John Maxwell
You can be a leader of a team and not have to be the
captain of the team.
Discussion was held about each philosophy of leadership with great ideas coming from both philosophies.
We are not born into authority, we can be born into position, but it does not make you a leader.
