The human rights

• The human rights are basic rights and fundamental freedoms that are eligible to all the people around the word. They are separated in five categories.

• First we have the human or civil rights then we have the social and culture rights and last but not least are the economic rights. The idea of human rights originated from ideas found in religion and philosophy in Western Europe. The modern western idea of the human rights started during the European Enlighten.

The most recognized human rights are:

the right to privacy, the right in life, the right of getting married and having a family , the right to own a company, the right of free speech , the right of safety from violence , the equality of both males and females , the right of fair trial , the right of being considered innocent until proven guilty , the right to be a citizen of a country ,the right to be recognized as a person, the right to express your sexual orientations, the right in voting, the right to seek asylum if a country treats you badly, the right of free thinking, the right to believe and practice the religion of your preference, the right to peacefully protest or speak against a government or group, the right in medical care, the right to love and to be loved, the right to communicate through a language, the right to work and finally the right to express oneself .

• Besides of the Basic human rights another important sector of rights are the women rights. The rights and entitlements claimed for women and girls of many societies worldwide .In some places these rights are institutionalized or supported by law, local custom, and behavior, whereas in others they may be ignored or suppressed.

• Some of the most important right that women have won through the years are: the equality between the two genders, the right of voting, the right of female education, the right of being elected as the representatives of the public, and the birth control and reproductive rights.

Children's rights

As for the kids now, Children's rights are the human rights of children with particular attention to the rights of special protection and care afforded to minors, including their right to association with both parents, human identity as well as the basic needs for food, universal state-paid education, health care and criminal laws appropriate for the age and development of the child, equal protection of the child's civil rights and freedom from discrimination on the basis of the child's race, gender, sexual orientation , gender identity , national origin, religion, disability, color, ethnicity , or other characteristics.

• Interpretations of children's rights range from allowing children the capacity for autonomous action to the enforcement of children being physically, mentally and emotionally free from abuse, though what constitutes "abuse" is a matter of debate. Other definitions include the rights to care and nurturing. "A child is any human being below the age of eighteen years, unless under the law applicable to the child, majority attained earlier”.

• According to Cornell University, a child is a person, not a sub person. The term “child” often, but does not necessarily, mean minor, but can include adult children as well as adult nonevent children. The children's rights movement is considered distinct from the youth right movement. The field of children's rights spans the fields of law, politics, religion and morality.

• The most important children rights are the freedom of speech, the freedom of thought, the freedom from fear, the freedom of choice and the right to make decisions, and the ownership of one's body.

• Finally other issues affecting children's rights include the military use of children, the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.
