There we had some running competitions inwhich both students and teachers took part. Thefirst running competition was held between themale students of the Comenius program, thenthe girls followed and afterwards the teachers.After the end of the running competitionseveryone admitted that they felt really honoredsince they got the chance to run in the oldeststadium of the world!

• Everyone had a lot of fun, but they also feltamazed and excited since they've got thechance to visit such an importantarcheological site .Afterwards an awardceremony was planned were the winners ofeach running competition got a branch froman olive tree, which is what the ancientrunners used to get as an award also. Duringthe award ceremony all of us felt happy to bea part of that.

• For us, the Greek students, was achance to get closer to our traditionsand to have a taste of how ourancestors used to spend their freetime back then.

In the questionary, that our guestsanswered before their departure, mentioned that the runningcompetitions in Olympia was thebest activity of the whole week.
