Qualified StaffOur staff are Qualified First Aiders, are CRB checked and have attended a�Safeguarding Children� course. The staff and specialist activity instructors are alldedicated to the wellbeing and happiness of your children.

Our child-to-staff ratio is 10:1 (8:1 for 5-7 year olds), and they are supervised at all times.

Go-Karting (for our younger participants)

Tuesday 27th July, Friday 20th & Friday 27th AugustGo-Karting will delight your child with their first real driving experience. Enjoy theracing and challenges (emergency stops / cones) and compete in a mini GrandPrix, complete with awardceremonies and a lap ofhonour, finishing on achequered flag to a chorusof cheers and applause.

Lessons take place in our20 x 60m outdoor school. How to book on Summer ActivitiesBookings can be taken on the phone by calling 01483 542125 or by using the BOOKING FORM opposite,following the step-by-step instructions below.

STEP 1Fill in your Parent/Guardian NAME, ADDRESS and CONTACT DETAILS.

STEP 2Insert the FULL NAME and AGE of each child.

STEP 3Please �TICK� the appropriate box(es) indicating the ACTIVITIES and DATES required for EACH CHILD.Any 5-7 YEAR OLDS REQUIRING MORNINGS ONLY, please indicate by inserting an �M� in the relevant child�s tick box.

STEP 4Please detach and return the completed Booking Form with your cheque, made payable to �Cranleigh School�, to:

On receipt of your Booking Form we will send you confirmation of your booking, further information of what to bring and a medical formthat must be completed (for each child) and returned to us prior to the commencement of the course (can be handed in on arrival).

8.30am-1.00pm per child unless your child participates in the Go-Karting, making the total cost £26.

Due to size and safety restrictions, kayaking, scuba, archery and climbing are restricted to 8 years and over. Go-Kartinghas been introduced specifically for our younger visitors.

Terms and Conditions

Policies & Procedures

1. Children must be collected at the agreed time.

2. On arrival for each session, all children must be accompaniedto the �Registration Table� and signed in by their parent orguardian.

3. When collecting the children, each child must be signed out bythe same adult who signed them in. Should arrangements be madeat any time for any other adult to accompany or collect any child,the Supervisor must be informed and, where possible, introducedto the nominated adult, alternatively a password should be givenon pick-up.

4. Children will not be permitted to depart unaccompanied and maketheir own way home unless written permission is obtained fromtheir parent or guardian.

5. Unless it is required or optional as part of any activity, childrenshould not bring any toys games or valuable items to the centre.A small amount of change may be brought for snacks.

6. Children must be appropriately clothed for participation in allactivities. This includes a pair of clean trainers for use in the sportshall and towel & costume for optional swimming.

7. Respect for, and proper use of, all property, equipment and thepremises is essential and must be maintained at all times.

The parents of any child attending the programmeshould have read and understood the Terms andConditions before signing the following declaration.

1. Having read, understood and accepted all statements made in theTerms & Conditions, I would like my child/ren to be accepted onto the programme.

2. I under take to explain all appropriate statements to mychildren and emphasise the impor tance of abiding by thosestatements.

3. I understand that should any child contravene any of thosestatements, it could result in them being expelled from theprogramme and that any monies paid will not be refunded.

4. I understand that any decision made by the organisers will be final.

The terms below apply to all courses booked and conducted byCranleigh School.

Programme ChangesCranleigh School reserves the right to cancel a course if there areinsufficient numbers. In such circumstances your money will berefunded or can be transferred to an alternative course.

CancellationIn the event of YOU cancelling giving less than 48 hours notice, youwill incur the full cost of the course.

IncompatibilityCranleigh School reserves the right to exclude or refuse entry to thecourse if it believes that any person is causing damage to the facilities,or causing distress or is disruptive to other attendees. No refund willbe given under these circumstances.

Medical Details & EmergenciesIt is imperative that full details of all medical and special dietaryconditions are declared on the Medical Form for each participant. Inthe case of any medical emergency we will contact you as soon aspossible. Cranleigh School should be made aware of all drugs andother medication carried with the child, and the parent/guardian isresponsible for ensuring that all items are clearly marked.

LiabilityCranleigh School accepts all responsibility for those elements of thecourse under its direct control if caused by proven negligence of CranleighSchool or its employees including death or personal injury. CranleighSchool does not accept responsibility or liability for the loss of enjoymentarising from, but not limited to the following: travel arrangements, strikes,acts of terrorism, bad weather, loss of damage to personal property,personal injury or illness suffered whilst on the course.
