TFL HSE Induction (LUCAS) Please ensure that you have all of the course pre-requisites with you as you will be unable to start the course without them Course Specific Pre-Requisite Checklist – please look at the relevant column to you. Contractors Employees Proof of identity – A Passport (with a visa if required) (please note the passport must be in date) OR A birth certificate AND proof of NI number AND photographic ID OR An Employee Checking Service Letter AND photographic ID (please note this letter must be less than 3 months old) Staff pass Notes: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the course start time.
