    MANAGEMENT

    The over all policy formulation & the ge neraldirection of the B ank’s op eration vest in a Boardof Directors ap pointed by Government. ThisBoard of Directors consists o f 9 membersincluding the Chairman & the ManagingDirector. Non-Government shareholderssubscribing to t he ca pital of the B ank shalleventually elect 4 directors f rom amongst

    themselves. The Managing Director is the ChiefExecutive Officer (CEO) of the Bank. The GeneralManagers assist the M anaging Director inconducting overall business of the b ank 6
