HR-Pro Package runs under several operating systems, each with unique installation requirements

Software gets Installed in very less time with few clicks only.

Prerequisites:

Following are the prerequisites for Installation of HR-Pro Management System.

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or above• MDAC Version 2.6 or above


Welcome to HR-Pro Management System Installation:


Please insert HR-Pro Management System CD in CD drive. It will automatically display following Screen.

Click on ‘Next’ button to proceed to License Agreement Screen.

License Agreement Screen:


Clicking ‘Cancel’ button will discontinue installation.

Please read ‘License Agreement’ carefully.

License Agreement Screen Continued…


Clicking ‘Next’ button will continue installation.

Clicking ‘I Agree’ will enable ‘Next’ button.

Customer Information Screen:


Please enter ‘Serial number’ available on CD.

This page will display Customer Information like his Computer Name and Organization.

Customer Information Screen Continued…


Please click on ‘OK’ button and re-enter ‘Serial number’ correctly. Click on ‘Next’ button to continue.

If incorrect Serial Number is entered, following Error message will be displayed.

Select Installation Folder Screen:


Please click on ‘Next’ button to continue.

This screen facilitates User to change ‘Folder’ Location if required.

Confirm Installation Screen:


Please click on ‘Next’ button to continue.

This screen requests to Confirm installation.

Installing HR-Pro Management System Screen:


Application will be installed very quickly and Installation Complete Screen will be displayed.

This screen shows the Progress of installation.

Installation Complete Screen:


Click ‘Close’ button to Exit. Shortcut of this Software will be automatically created on your Desktop. Clicking shortcut will open Login Screen.

HR-Pro Management System is successfully installed in your Computer.

Login Screen:


Once you Login as ‘Admin’ you can define Users, and Roles. For further details please refer User Manual.

For First time Login enter User Name and Password as ‘admin’.

At your discretion, your employees can have access to change their contact and withholding information and your outside accountant can have access to your financial reports.



• What is the user credential for accessing Hr-Pro Payroll? You can login as “admin” with password “HrPro”. Further you can create your

own Users as needed. If the Windows logged-in account of the Hr-Pro user is in Domain

environment, then he/she must have an account on SQL Server Window NT Authority / System. The same user must have access to the working Database with db_owner rights.

If the Windows logged-in account of the Hr-Pro user is an Administrator then system will automatically gives access to Hr-Pro Payroll without any extra rights.
