Faced with accelerating innovation expectations, most practitioners lack the resources, tools, budgets, or networks needed to keep

1. PRACTITIONER BUILT CASE STUDIES
Proven case studies, contributed by peer practitioners, sharing “the how”. How they developed, executed, and measured specific initiatives. These come in traditional case studies and smaller “sparks”.
2. SEARCHABLE RESOURCE LIBRARY
The primary reason people come to our community is to ask or answer a question. We curate a centralized resource collection of various templates, resources, and guides to access when needed.
3. COMMUNITY SOCIAL FORUM
Cultivate an engaged “collective intellect” of global HR and recruiting practitioners freely sharing knowledge and expertise.
4. EVENTS
Launch signature events, partnership events, and local meetups to bring the global community together for in depth learning

vital gap, and is an excellent forum for knowledge sharing and external
benchmarking.

OUR AMPLIFICATION
LOOKING AHEADOur first year was intentionally self-funded by founders.
Our aim was to prove the model and build an engaged community.
In 2017, we introduced a sponsorship model to cover operational expenses that allowed us to continue to scale and grow the content and
community.
In 2018, we’ll be more deeply engaging our existing sponsors and adding new ones to broaden our and their reach. We’ll also hire a dedicated
resource to support the community and contents needs of HROS, our members, and our sponsors.
