The managers of HR departments combine two worlds in their organisations – on one side actively supporting the business in implementation of the strategy and on the other side the people - the most important asset of the company, enabling them to pursue their aspirations while at the same time working with full dedication. We are aware that, because of the dynamics of the business environment, HR leaders have to consider not just “here and now”, but also have to look proactively into the future: envisage and plan so that the company can follow the changes.

For three years already we have been actively supporting HR Directors, who manage the HR departments of companies and capital groups employing over 400 people, through unique meeting forum of HR professionals, i.e. “HR Directors Forum”.

The elite group of experienced practitioners assures that discussions held during the Forum tackle the most important business topics and the presented benchmarks and discussed challenges form the grounds for new inspiration and solutions. During two intensive days I had the chance to compare my practices and share experiences and inspirations at a strategic level with other HR directors from biggest companies in Poland. The Forum offered a different look at the operation of HR

department and presentations given by foreign experts. The event organised by Blue Business Media was at the highest level and the entire event was highly interactive. On my part I can only thank the organisers and recommend the next year Forum to everyone still looking for new solutions and strategies in their professional life.
