HP MY SUPPORT is the easy to use public alternative to HP SM

and provides CSR (Customer Self Repair) parts, on-site, HP

Depot, ADP services and access to easy to repair spare parts.

System boards are not available for order.

All prospects for the HP SM Program must have in-warranty HP products and an existing IT organization.

• Commercial business must have purchased $250,000 of HP Products and Services within 90 days of application.

• SLED – Education, Public Sector & Non-Profit organizations the Purchase Volume is $0.

• Initial setup is within 72 hours. All applicants must complete the Service Qualification training within 30 days of the application before making any claims.

• HP does not offer labor re-imbursement to new Self Maintainers.

• SMs have access to view proprietary technical knowledge, advisories including videos and servicing tools.

• Self Maintainers gain access to system board configuration tools for both Windows PCs and Chromebooks. This would include the DMI-Tools and the RMA Shim tool.

• Training is free and all WBT – Web Based Training.

• Self Maintainers become Service Qualified to perform warranty service on HP commercial products.

• Training is fully transferable between HP authorized service providers.

• Self Maintainers gain access to all HP warranty parts including system boards and LCDs.

• All shipping costs are free. Parts will ship NBD – Next Business Day for customers with NBD Care Packs.

• Standard warranty parts may ship with 2 business day delivery

• Self Maintainers will have the benefit of a 35% discount on Non-warranty parts purchased through the HP Parts Store.

• Bulk quantities of parts can be purchased at a greater than 35% discount.

• Using the HP Store, SMs can maintain a stock of parts and accelerate the turnaround time on repairs.
