If you see “ ? ” mark sign on your Digital Sign on your Document.Then don’t worry, it is not an error. Just need to follow some steps

to validate signature.

Right click on “ ? “ mark and click on “LegalNotice”

Now click on “Signer Legal Notice”

Page 5: How to Validate digital signature on PDF Document

Now click on “Trust”

Page 6: How to Validate digital signature on PDF Document

Now click on “Add to TrustIdentities”

Page 7: How to Validate digital signature on PDF Document

Now click on “Ok”

Page 8: How to Validate digital signature on PDF Document

Tick all the options and click on“Ok” Then click “Ok” and “close”

Follow the same procedure for allthe root certificate.

Right click on “ ? “ mark again and click on“Validate Signature”

Now your signature is validated for yourcomputer and you can see “Right” sign.

Note: if you send this document to other person the he/she has to follow sameprocedure to validate signature for his/her computer.
