How to Register for the New CA Website 

To register for website access please visit www.condominiumassociates.com and click on the button Owner Login. You may also go to the site directly by typing into your browser www.condo.cincweb.com.   

Below is a screen shot of the setup page for your association.  After you have reached the site, click the Register button and follow the onscreen prompts.   

Complete  the  information  requested. You must fill in all fields with an asterisk. The more complete the information provided, the easier it is to link your account. If you enter the information exactly as it appears on your Owner record, the system will automatically link you and send an email with a password. If the information does not exactly match your Owner record, it is forwarded to a queue for review and a manual attempt to link your record will be made. If the information completed does not closely match any Owner record, it can not be linked to an account. If you have not received an email within 48 hours, your account can not be validated and you must resubmit your registration using accurate Owner of record information.
