Our fun and bright fashion studio is equipped with dress forms for experimenting, spacious work tables, and computerized sewing machines. WK 1, WK 3-8 CAMPERS BRING Clay – Hands on Art This is a beginner hands on art class that include 2-3 projects that will include modeling and painting. San Carlos Musical TheaterDiscover the excitement of singing, dancing and acting! Yoga and ArtEach day your child will experience the benefits of yoga through games and activities. Exploring yoga postures will help them feel grounded, find their balance and begin exploring their own creativity. Children will also explore drawing, painting and sculpture through a variety of materials. The art work will have a particular emphasis on the connection with yoga practice, helping students understand postures by creating them visually through art as well as their bodies. WK4, WK 6

Youth Sailing Give your youngster the gift of adventure, independence, and learning a skill they can use for a lifetime. Our program is designed to instruct the young sailing enthusiast in basic sailing skills and boating safety. Through a combination of lecture, land drills, and on the water practice, we provide instruction on the components of a boat, knot tying, how to set up and sail a small boat (8 ft. Optimist), points of sail, how to handle the wind, docking, and proper boating; safety and etiquette. WK1, WK 3-WK 8

YR: Culinary Mischief Art WorkshopOur domestic critters are up to no good in this five-day pastel workshop! We’ll use pastels to create amazing, masterpieces. A mouse making soup, a dog eyeing the spaghetti and silly birds on cakes are some of the mischievously-delicious drawings students will create every day. YR: Summer Fiesta Journey south of the border to Mexico with Young Rembrandts. Join us for this three-day pastel workshop as we learn about Mexican culture and artistry. The Mexican sombrero is a headpiece of great cultural significance, and our students will learn about pattern application and design creation through this insightful lesson. Our students will also have the opportunity to strengthen their compositional and coloring skills as they illustrate musical instruments that are important to Mexican heritage. We’ll learn about painter Diego Rivera and create a pastel masterpiece inspired by his work. No prior experience with pastel chalks is necessary. Please wear an old shirt or a smock to class. WK 6
