How to fill up online Admission form:

1. Open the Cotton College State University Website: www.ccsu.ac.in. Recommended Browser: Mozilla Firefox 2. Go to the link: CPGEE 2016 Apply Online for CCSU PG Admissions 2016 on the top of the website.

3. Read the Instruction carefully before filling the Online Form.

Now Click Apply Now.

4. Read Instructions carefully before creating account. Click the Create Account Button.

5. Fill up the form carefully. Enter valid email id and mobile number (ten digit) as it will be used for future

correspondence during the admission process. Enter the value of the two numbers (e.g. 2+3 = 5) at the bottom. Submit after checking the fields carefully.

6. After submitting you will receive one email for activation of your account. You will also receive a sms in your mobile for account creation.

7. Check the email in both the inbox and spam/junk folder from CCSU@ccsu.edu.in

Click the link to activate the account in the email.

8. After Clicking the link in the email you will be redirected to the activation successful page. An email and

sms will be sent for activation confirmation. It is recommended to complete all the sections before creating another account. Or you have to close the browser and open the website a fresh. Click the Make Payment Link.

9. In the Payment section you can choose either Online payment using your Bank Debit Card/Credit Card/ Internet Banking or using Payment Challan and deposit to any ICICI Bank branch. Keep the copy of the Challan for future reference.

Please reconfirm the Transaction id before leaving the bank after submitting challan fee as it is required to LOG IN through the Apply Online. Applicant who make payment using online transaction will receive sms and email for the transaction id. Applicant make payment using offline challan payment can Apply to next section after a time period of at least 12 hrs as the payment status has to be updated by the concerned bank.

10. Click Apply Online section after making payment and receiving payment transaction id. Manually insert the fields as it may add blank space while copy and paste. Enter enrolment id and payment transaction id for login.

11. In the first page of Apply Online make sure that the enrolment id showing correctly on the top.

After that click the Fill and Update Personal Information Link before going to next section.

12. In the personal information page Fill up the data as required. Date should be in the DD/MM/YYYY. Click yes option before clicking Update Personal Data.

13. After filling personal information click the Next section Qualification Information.

14. Fill up data of qualification information. CCSU graduate can opt for both the applied category. Click yes option before submit qualification data.

15. After submitting click Next Section Education Information.

16. Fill all the Data. If you have got the graduation marks click yes and fill the marks. It you do not have marks select no and continue but you have to insert the marks on or before 27/07/2016.

17. Click Next Section Parent/ Guardian Information.

18. Fill up parent guardian information correctly. Provide guardian phone number correctly as it is required

later on. After submit click the Next Section Local & Legal Guardian

19. If you have Local and Legal Guardian information click yes and fill the details.

20. After Local and Legal Guardian information click Next Section Upload Document

21. Upload scanned passport photo and signature in this section (Maximum photo size 50KB and signature size 25KB). After Uploading go to Next Section Preview and Final Submit.

22. Check the preview and edit if required before clicking final submit. After Final Submit you can not change data except Graduation marks. Click Final Submit.

23. After Final submit you will receive the registration no. SMS will be sent to your mobile. Now you can

download Admit Card and Registration form by clicking the Next Section Download Section.

24. You can download Admit Card of the Entrance Examination and registration form from this page only after inserting the graduation marks. Take printout of both and keep it ready and bring on entrance date. You can download at any time from this page after login using login credentials till 27/07/2016.
