The new products block allows you to display new or latest products to

users on your store

This block will display your product image, description, price and links to

Add to cart, Add to compare and Add to wish list

Step 1:

Log in to your store admin panel with your login id and password

Select the ‘Store Design’ link under the ‘Design’ drop down menu

This will direct you to ‘Store design’ page

Step 2:

On your ‘Store Design’ page, select ‘Customize’ button to configure the

new products block

Step 3:

Now, you can see the design tool bar on the home page of your store

Click on ‘Content’ editor located on the top right of this page

Step 4:

You will see a ‘Content editor’ bar at the bottom of the ‘Customize page’

Click on ‘Manage content’ menu to configure the new products block on

Eshopbox site

Step 5:

Now a pop up for ‘Content Configuration’ will open

Select the ‘Body’ link at the header of Content Configuration

Now Select ‘New Products’ block and click on the ‘Select & configure’

button

Step 7:

‘Block title’ of the ‘New Product Configuration’ block can be modified

To configure new products block, select the ‘Custom logic’ under the

‘Order by’ drop down menu

Step 8:

Select the number of products you want to display under the new

products block from the ‘Display count’ drop down menu

To change a product position, drag & drop it to the location you want it

Click on ‘X’ button to remove a product from the block

Click on ‘Add another product’ link to add more products under the new

products block

Step 10:

Now you will get a pop up with the list of all products you have uploaded

on your online Eshopbox site

Select the product category or subcategory from the ‘Products in’ drop

down menu

Select the product brand from the ‘Category of’ drop down menu

Now you will get the products that are available under the selected

category and brand

Select the checkbox against a product to make it visible under the new

products block

Click on ‘Select & Close’ button to add that product under the new

products block

Step 13:

Now you can see the new added product under the block content on

your ‘New Product Configuration’ window

Step 14:

Use scroll bar to scroll down the window and select the view from ‘Grid

view’ and ‘List view’ under the ‘Display in’ drop down menu

Your products will be visible on your store front according to the view

you have selected under the ‘Display in’ drop down menu

Choose the location of new products block from left, main and right body

block under the ‘Location’ drop down menu

New products block will be visible on the location of your home page you

have selected here

Select the visibility from ‘Visible’ or ‘Hidden’ option under the ‘Visibility’

drop down menu

Select ‘Visible’ if you want this block to be visible on your store front or

select ‘Hidden’ to hide this block

Click on ‘Save’ button to apply the changes

Step 17:

A ‘Changes saved Successfully’ message will appear at top center of the

page

Now click on ‘Save & Exit’ tab to apply the changes in real time

Click on ‘X’ to undo all the changes you have made to new products block

You have successfully configured the new products block

Now you can view these changes on your store front Store home page

according to your requirements

You can locate these new products block anywhere on the homepage like

in left, right or main body block
