Multi vendor KPIs & multi technology KPIs were created. Every vendor will have raw counters for the KPI’s Generic KPIs were created using the vendor raw counter. Combining different technologies was also simple. In case any modification, only 1 change and will reflect all related KPIs

Automatic way of implementation will start soon.More than 20 VTI’s will be involved. Cell exclusion will be automatic.A single click will make the POD ready.

POD implementation in PrOptima™

POD is the proof of delivery that is checked every month by STC POD results will be taken and penalties will be applied accordingly with defined

weights per KPI violation. KPIs on Network, Cell & Network Elements. 2G, 3G, 4G for both Radio & Core + VAS. POD is contractual agreement between STC & MSP vendors.

Overview

Automatic area update is mandatory today. Area update categories: Region, District, City & Core LAC’s for cites 2G, 3G, 4G for both Radio & Core will be used as input Reports are based today on the area definitions.

Shorten the time and save man power It will ensure accurate definition for areas relate to radio/core Can update areas on daily basis or every 2 days instead of weekly.
