• 12 out of 13 labs are manage under 1 director

• Not all directors are doctors, they are usually from industry

• Lab’s managing director report to BOD only

• Labs don’t hold seminar, only product department do

• Labs cooperate with universities and partners directly

• Lab work independently to other lab
