How do I use the Multi Window feature on my

Samsung Galaxy Note II?

Multi Window

• Multi Window allows you to easily complete multiple tasks on one screen. For example, you can take notes while watching a video, or search the web and check SMS messages simultaneously.

Turn On Multi Window

You can turn on this feature in the Display settings menu. From the Home screen, touch Menu > Settings > Display. Touch Multi

window to turn on this feature. When the feature is on, a green check mark will appear. After

reading the Multi Window information, touch OK.

Activating Multi Window

To activate or deactivate Multi Window, touch and hold Back key. The Multi Window panel appears on the left side of the screen. Touch

the Multi Window tab to close the panel.

• You can adjust the placement of the Multi Window panel. With the panel open, touch and hold the tab and drag it to an edge of the screen to move the panel.

• To adjust the placement of the Multi Window panel tab, with the panel closed, touch and hold the tab and drag it up or down or left or right.

Use Multi Window

To start Multi Window, touch an application from the Multi Window panel; this opens the

application in the Multi Window screen. Touch and drag another application to the Multi Window screen to use both at the same time. The application panel size

may by adjusted by dragging the separating bar between

the applications.
