Drive Information
Constructed in 1938—just three years prior to the original LSU Chapter’s chartering—our house has survived a rich history of over 76 years. Originally occupied by Sigma Nu and then Alpha Gamma Rho, Delta Chi is the third fraternity to call 17 Dalrymple “home” here on campus. However, those years have also dealt a toll to many features of the house. Presently, the LSU Chapter and Housing Corp. are looking to make significant renovations and fixes to the house over the next year. We strongly believe that making these much-‐needed repairs will assist us with our recruitment and live-‐in strategies. By ensuring the structural integrity of the house, we are ensuring the longevity of the house and LSU Chapter for years to come! While several major projects are listed in this pamphlet, there are many other smaller projects planned, such as repainting walls, landscaping, power washing the house and removing “AGR” from the roof tiles.

We are asking each alumnus to contribute or pledge at least $100 – however, any donation is welcomed, including in-‐kind contributions.
