Company Background

ALFA-MELI SDN. BHD. (AMSB) was established in 1976 as a private limited company under theMalaysian Company Act, 1965. The Company is registered with Petroliam Nasional Berhad(PETRONAS) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF). It is a 100% Bumiputera company with theCompany's principal activity being in the catering services. It has over 30 years of experience byproviding complete catering and associated services onshore and offshore on drilling rigs,production platforms and barges.

HAJI TAHIR MOHD HAJI ROSSExecutive Director

Haji Tahir Mohd Haji Ross, 62, a Malaysian, joined Alfa-Meli Sdn. Bhd. in September 1989 as its Operations Manager. In November1993, he was appointed an Executive Director and is responsible for the whole offshore and onshore catering operations.

He has been in the hospitality service industry for more than 30 years. He was the first local Terengganu Bumiputera to take chargeof the offshore catering industry in Terengganu with Sajian Perusahaan Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (associated with Albert Abela GroupInternational Caterers). This company was responsible to cater for the Loffland Brothers Drilling Company for EMEPMI assets namelyPulai-A, Tapis-C and Tapis-D.

Haji Tahir is a graduate from Institute Teknologi MARA (ITM) in Hotel and Catering Management and a postgraduate in School ofHotel and Tourism from Universitè de Strasbourg, France.

ABDUL LATIFF MOHAMED ALIManaging Director

Abdul Latiff Mohamed Ali, 71, a Malaysian, founded Alfa-Meli Sdn. Bhd. in 1976.

He has been in the hospitality service industry for more than 35 years and has been involved in the management of the Companyoperations since 1979. He started his career as Electrical Engineer with Sydney Metropolitan Water Sewerage and Drainage Board,Australia in 1971. He also pursued various roles with Malaysian Airline System (MAS), Stanley Consultants USA, SCM Perunding Sdn.Bhd. from 1972 to 1979. In addition, he is also a substantial shareholder in Prumatech (M) Sdn. Bhd. providing materials andmaintenance management/ consultancy and professional manpower services and Alfa-Meli Oilfield Services Sdn. Bhd. for the supplyof various products to the O&G industry.

En. Latiff is a graduate from University of Western Australia in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer registered with theBoards of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

AMIR FARIS ABDUL LATIFFExecutive Director

Amir Faris Abdul Latiff, 31, a Malaysian, joined Alfa-Meli Sdn. Bhd. in August 2015.

Prior to his appointment as Executive Director, Amir was in EMEPMI from 2008 to 2010. He then pursued post-graduate in PetroleumEngineering in Imperial College, United Kingdom before joining Petrofac from 2012 to 2015.

He is responsible in the overall management of the sales, business development and finances of the Company. He is also responsiblefor other subsidiaries within the Alfa-Meli group.

Amir is the son of Abdul Latiff Mohamed Ali, whom is a substantial shareholder of the company.

Ahmad Khairi Abdul Manan 51, a Malaysian, joined Alfa-Meli Sdn. Bhd. in 1990. as a Senior Operations Manager.

He has been in the hospitality service industry for the past 18 years. He has six years experience handling crew change forExpatriates and clients such as PCSB, EMEPMI and Japan Drilling Malaysia.

He was stationed in Vung Tau, Vietnam for two years to supervise the entire catering operations there. Part of his role was to attendweekly crew change and handling F&B bound for offshore.

Khairi reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for the leadership of all catering, housekeeping and logisticactivities for offshore platforms.

MOHD SHAHIR KHALIDOperations Manager

Mohd Shahir Khalid, 55, a Malaysian-born in Johor, joined Alfa-Meli Sdn. Bhd. in 2007. as a Catering Supervisor. In 2010, he waspromoted to Operations Manager.

He has been in the hospitality service industry for more than 30 years. He started his career with Hotel Merlin, Johor Baharu in 1979as a Commis Cook and then as Sous Chef from 1984 onwards with various hotels in Johor. He also held various roles with SodexhoFood & Management overseeing their F&B outlets in Kuala Lumpur.

He joined the oil and gas industry in 2007 as a catering supervisor.

Shahir is a graduate from University Institute Tecknologi MARA (UiTM) in Hotel and Catering Management.
