Hotel Chocolat has created a range of truly iconic chocolates in the last 10 years, and A Decade of Deliciousness features every single one.

Inside, you’ll discover winners of Great Taste Awards and Academy of Chocolate Awards, and our most adored and celebrated recipes from every genre, including the Champagne Truffle, made with real Champagne, the Cherry Deluxe, a whole kirsch-soaked cherry in a silky soft amaretto truffle, the succulent Eton Mess and the crunchy Isabelle Florentine.

You’ll also get to admire a line-up of all our unique chocolate moulds, from Batons to Mini-Domes to our distinctive Slabs, plus a range of all our chocolate grades, from high-cocoa white to 50% milk and our classic 70% dark.

It also includes our rare and vintage chocolates, including the Saint Lucia Island Growers 70% Milk, an award-winning high-cocoa ‘supermilk ’ chocolate made from beans grown by our Island Grower ethical trading partners.

“Most chocolate bars were, and still are, cast into regimented pieces - prescribing how you should eat it. I preferred to capture the beautiful fluidity of molten chocolate when it is poured out onto a cool marble table, leaving the eating decisions up to you. I sketched the outline onto a piece of paper and the Slabs were born.”
