Attested photocopy of certificate of incorporation/registration of partnership deed, along with attested photocopy of

C.N.I.C./Passport No. of the Director/Partner or attorney participating in the auction along with sealed (embossed) authori-zation in his favour.

VIII. For Foreign Companies applicable rules or NOCs where necessary shall apply.

ELIGIBILITY:1. Bidders, having requisite experience in running of a five star hotel or possess authorization / license of national / interna-

tional chain of 5 star hotel management are eligible to bid.

2. Bidders, having requisite experience in running of a three star hotel or possess authorization / license of national / interna-tional chain of 3 star hotel management are eligible to bid.

3. In case of 5 star hotel, the bidder shall deposit a sum of Rs. 100 million as token money while for 3 star hotel, a sum of Rs. 50 million shall be deposited by the bidder.

MODE OF AUCTION:1. The Auction shall be conducted through open bidding. The bid will be offered in terms of Pak Rupees per square yard,

which will form basis to calculate total premium of the plot / site. Each bid will be raised by the bidders by multiples of Pak Rs. 10,000/- per sq. yard. The bid start price will be announced for each plot prior to start of auction.

2. The bid will be expressed loudly with show of token number.

MODE OF PAYMENT:1. The successful bidder shall deposit 50% of the total premium after adjusting the token money along with proof of payment

of applicable taxes within 30 days (excluding holidays) of issuance of Bid Acceptance Letter. The possession of plot shall be handed over to the allottee upon payment of 50% of remaining premium in the form of Bank Guarantee within 3 months of the acceptance of bid, with details given below. Upon expiry of this period, no extension shall be granted and the bid offer shall stand automatically cancelled and token money shall be forfeited.

2. The remaining 50% of premium will be provided in the form of an upfront irrevocable Bank Guarantee (i.e. 5 bank guaran-tees) in favour of CDA. Authorized Banks, Contents, form and format of the Bank Guarantee shall be as per standing instructions of the Government of Pakistan on the subject, which will be encashed on yearly basis.

3. In case the successful bidder pays the remaining amount in lump-sum, (5%) five percent rebate will be allowed.

4. All payments shall be made through Bank Drafts/ Pay Orders /Deposits-at-Call in favour of “Capital Development Authori-ty, Islamabad. Bank charges on transactions of outstation banks drafts will be borne by the bidder / allottee.

FAR AND LAND USE:The FAR and land use is prescribed in the brochure and shall not be subject to change once the auction has taken place.

An additional period of 15 days with delayed payment charges as calculated by the Finance wing will be allowed. On expiry of this period, the bid offer will stand cancelled. Proof of payment of applicable taxes should accompany.

3. The amount of Rs. _____________ on account of balance 50% premium is to be paid by you in 15 equal installments in five years and government taxes according to prescribed rates in Government Treasury or Authorized Bank and submit the receipt thereof to this Directorate.
