Patrolman Chris Gruber arrested Danny White, 45, for his ELEVENTH DUI offense on 03/28/04. He was stopped for a license plate light violation. He tested .138 BAC. Solon Police Dept. Patrolman Dale Bunjevac arrested Christopher McGonnell, 43, for his FOURTEENTH DUI offense on 02/13/04. He also had a small amount of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia and had an open container. He refused the BAC test. Williams Co. Sheriff's Office Sgt. Ken Jacob arrested Pedro Garcia, 45, for his offense on 03/06/04. He was stopped for a left-of-center violation. He tested .157 BAC. Barberton Police Dept. Patrolman MikeCornelius arrested Kenneth Leatherman, 47,for his SIXTH DUI offense on 02/02/04. Hewas observed weaving in his lane.

Bath Twp. Police Dept. Patrolman MichaelGabel arrested Richard Deryck Jr., 42, for hisFIFTH DUI offense on 02/19/04. He wasobserved weaving. He tested .152 BAC.

Blanchester Police Dept. PatrolmanBrowning arrested Timothy Barney, 36, for hisEIGHTH DUI offense on 02/10/04. He wasstopped for a one headlight violation. He refusedthe BAC test. Browning also arrested DavidBays, 56, for his SEVENTH DUI offense on03/02/04. He was observed passed out behindthe steering wheel.

Brooklyn Heights Police Dept. PatrolmanVince Ewelt arrested Joseph Sindone, 36, forhis SIXTH DUI offense on 03/01/04. He wasobserved driving recklessly. He refused theBAC.

Bucyrus Police Dept. Patrolman JamesGregory arrested Kenneth Osborne, 42, forhis SIXTH DUI offense on 02/16/04. Herefused the test.

Bucyrus Police Dept. Patrolman N.L.Assenheimer arrested Steve Massey, 48, forhis SEVENTH DUI offense on 02/27/04. Hetested .187 BAC.

Bucyrus Police Dept. Patrolman B.M.Hackedorn arrested Rodney Harvey, 44, forhis SEVENTH DUI offense on 03/20/04. Hewas observed sleeping behind the wheel withthe motor running.

Canton Police Dept. Patrolman Mark Dielsarrested Brian Weas, 36, for his SIXTH DUIoffense on 03/18/04. Patrolmen Diels and CraigRiley observed Weas going through a stopsign. Then he fled, and a pursuit began.

Celina Police Dept. Patrolman Brian Taylorarrested Harry Vantilburg, 45, for his FIFTHDUI offense on 03/08/04. He was stopped forhaving ficticious plates. He tested .121 BAC.

Clearcreek Twp. Police Dept. Officer JasonBates arrested Brian Volz, 37, for his SEVENTHDUI offense on 03/05/04. He was caught whilea theft of a motor vehicle was in progress.

Columbus Police Dept. Officer T. Davisarrested Philip Parker, 35, for his FIFTH DUIoffense on 04/20/04. Parker was charged withhit-skip and DUI. He refused the test.

Columbus Police Dept. Officer Steven Gnagiarrested Al Evans, 31, for his FIFTH DUIoffense on 04/08/04. Officers Gnagi and JohnWish arrested Evans, who was stopped in amoving lane at a green light.

Columbus Police Dept. Sgt. L. Hollis arrestedMichael Haynes, 43, for his SIXTH DUI offenseon 04/07/04. He was going the wrong waydown a one-way street.

Columbus Police Dept. Officer SteveWolfangel arrested Wayne Auten, 45, for hisSIXTH DUI offense on 03/17/04. He wasobserved drifting in and out of his lane.

Columbus Police Dept. Officer Adam Bartonarrested Todd Friley, 35, for his SIXTH DUIoffense on 03/19/04. He was passed outbehind the wheel.

Columbus Police Dept. Officer Dave Jenkinsarrested Michael Wilson, 58, for his SEVENTHDUI offense on 02/09/04. He changed coursewithout using safety and was in an accident.He refused the BAC test.

Columbus Police Dept. Lt. Jeff Blackwellarrested Jonathan Miller, 48, for his FIFTH DUIoffense on 02/04/04. He was traveling at ahigh rate of speed and weaving in and out ofhis lane. He refused the BAC test.

Columbus Police Dept. Officer Wendell Tolberarrested Charles Swayne, 52, for his FIFTHDUI offense on 04/03/04. Officers Tolber andDick Elias stopped Swayne for drivingerractically.

Conneaut Police Dept. Patrolman John Wiltarrested Terrance Clark, 28, for his FIFTH DUIoffense on 04/12/04. He tested .178 BAC.

Defiance Co. Sheriff's Office Deputy JamesScheirer arrested Steven Layne, 44, for hisSIXTH DUI offense on 03/26/04. He tested .236BAC.

Delhi Twp. Police Dept. Corporal Jeff Braunarrested Damon Quinn, 40, for his FIFTH DUIoffense on 03/16/04. He was stopped forspeeding and for failing to drive in marked lanes.

Elida Police Dept. Sgt. Jay Hollis arrestedBrian Quillen, 38, for his SIXTH DUI offenseon 03/06/04. He was stopped for having asuspended operator's license.

Galion Police Dept. Officer Eric Stephensarrested Charles Gantz, 40, for his FIFTH DUIoffense on 04/09/04. Gantz was stopped for noworking taillights. He tested .224 BAC.

Galion Police Dept. Officer Eric Bohacharrested Joseph Bachelder, 45, for his SIXTHDUI offense on 02/20/04. He drove left-of-center nearly off the left side of the road. Herefused the BAC.

Galion Police Dept. Patrolman Ryan Sheaffarrested Rodney Morton, 47, for his SIXTHDUI offense on 02/29/04.

Galion Police Dept. Patrolman David Nirolarrested Randall Phillians, 41, for his SEVENTHDUI offense on 02/08/04. He was stopped onan equipment violation. He tested .166 BAC.

Geauga Co. Sheriff's Office Deputy BobTropf arrested Thomas Thomas, 54, for hisSEVENTH DUI offense on 02/21/04. Thomaswas observed weaving. He was charged witha felony DUI. He refused the BAC test.

Glouster Police Dept. Lt. Lucas Macearrested Roger Jordan, 49, for his SIXTH DUIoffense on 02/25/04. Jordan's truck struck atree and became stuck in the mud. He wasunable to walk or stand without assistance. Hetested .249 BAC.

Hillsboro Police Dept. Sgt. Gregory Barrarrested Stephen Walker, 31, for his SIXTHDUI offense on 03/18/04. He was involved ina crash and left the scene. He was later caughtand charged with Grand Auto Theft as the carwas stolen. He tested .178 BAC.

Louisville Police Dept. Patrolman GeorgeStarr arrested Donald Ward, 30, for hisSEVENTH DUI offense on 03/27/04. He wasstopped for an outstanding warrant. Also, hewas charged with child endangering. He tested.132 BAC.

McComb Police Dept. Patrolman DonovanHackler arrested Namone Hurley, 38, for hisFIFTH DUI offense on 03/03/04. Hurleytested .190 BAC. He was stopped forspeeding. The owner of the vehicle was apassenger who later stopped breathing andwas rushed to the hospital. He was reportedto have a BAC of .470.

Mercer Co. Sheriff's Office Deputy JayWehrkamp arrested James Remaklus, 53, forhis NINTH DUI offense on 02/23/04. He tested.149 BAC. Remaklus was passed out behindthe wheel of his truck in a cemetery.

Miami Twp. Police Dept. Officer Brian Mehnearrested Troy Brewer, 41, for his FIFTH DUIoffense on 02/13/04. He refused the BAC test.Mehne also arrested Paul Huesman Jr., 48,for his FIFTH DUI offense on 02/23/04. Hewas stopped for marked lanes and possessionof open container and marijuana. He refusedthe BAC test.

Miami Twp. Police Dept. Officer PatrickMcCoy arrested Chad Lindsey, 26, for hisFIFTH DUI offense on 02/13/04. He wasstopped for speeding. This is a felony arrest.He refused the BAC.

Miamisburg Police Dept. Officer JoshuaHiman arrested William Caudill, 27, for hisFIFTH DUI offense on 02/25/04. Caudill rearended another vehicle at a stop light. He refusedthe BAC test.

Mt. Gilead Police Dept. Patrolman DustinGifford arrested Gary Vance, 50, for his FIFTHDUI offense on 02/25/04. He was stopped forno license plate light. He tested .212 BAC.

Muskingum Co. Sheriff's Office Deputy RoyCunningham Jr. arrested Garry Bohl, 39, forhis NINTH DUI offense on 03/21/04. He wasstopped for marked lanes. He tested .282 BAC.

North Olmsted Police Dept. PatrolmanMichael Bujnovsky arrested Lawrence BrieckIII, 46, for his NINTH DUI offense on 03/27/04.The vehicle was observed exiting a bar parkinglot. The car was equipped with an ignitioninterlock device. Driver learned to by-pass thesystem.

Oak Harbor Police Dept. Patrolman EricParker arrested Mark Kinnison, 43, for hisSIXTH DUI offense on 04/03/04. He wasstopped for driving with fictitious plates.

Perkins Police Dept. Officer Aaron Bramelarrested John Krause, 41, for his SEVENTHDUI offense on 02/19/04.

Perkins Twp. Police Dept. Patrolman MarcMelendez arrested John Clemens, 37, for hisSEVENTH DUI offense on 03/09/04. He madean unsafe lane change. He tested .187 BAC.

Perkins Twp. Police Dept. Officer AaronBramel arrested John Krause, 41, for hisSEVENTH DUI offense on 02/19/04. He tested.125 BAC.

Pleasant Hill Police Dept. Patrolman LarrySnead arrested Everett Adams Jr., 38, for hisEIGHTH DUI offense on 03/12/04. He tested.131 BAC.

Pleasant Hill Police Dept. Officer TravisLowry arrested Chad Ingle, 32, for his FIFTHDUI offense on 02/14/04. He refused the BACtest. He was stopped for no rear license platelight. He was also charged with open container.

Sandusky Police Dept. Officer John Powellarrested William Smith, 44, for his SEVENTHDUI offense on 04/02/04. He was stopped forDUS and found to be intoxicated.

Shelby Police Dept. Patrolman Keith Swisherarrested Harold Cox, 41, for his SEVENTHDUI offense on 03/14/04.

Sunbury Police Dept. Officer Brian Drugganarrested James Slye, 46, for his SEVENTH DUIoffense on 03/04/04. He refused the BAC test.
